For the last couple of months, the appearance of the main Google website
on SeaMonkey has been different from what it has been for years. Search
results are presented in individual boxes, and the website just looks
strange.
I've done some troubleshooting and here is what I've observed:

On Firefox v85.0.2, the page always opens within a few seconds.
On SeaMonkey v2.53.5.1, the page opens slowly and frequently presents an
error message saying the service is temporarily unavailable.
JavaScript is part of the problem. If I turn it off, the pages load
partially and the browser doesn't lock up. But the pages don't format
correctly and the site doesn't work as it should.

Here it opens to a very busy script. Other than that it looks like a
normal site.

Firefox is not the issue. The site works fine with Firefox and always
has for me. The issue is that there is a critical incompatibility with
SeaMonkey.
I prefer SeaMonkey because I like having the integrated mail/news
client. But it seems more and more websites which work fine with Firefox

about Imperva.
The page remains blank and just tries to load and never finishes
loading. At the bottom of the GUI it says "waiting for" followed by a

up SeaMonkey v2.53.5.1 on a fully updated Windows 10 Pro system. Try to
do anything and it shows "Not Responding".

I'm not sure how to interpret your reply.
The site works with FF Extended Support Release v78.6.1esr. It works
with FF v84.0.2. These are the latest versions of both flavors of FF.
I have both of these installed on my system, but don't use them
regularly because I prefer SeaMonkey.

Ever since installing the Acrobat Reader
In about:config, all webgl settings were at their default values.
I disabled all extensions and re-started SeaMonkey. Problem solved!
Then I re-enabled all extensions and re-started again. Still working!

I have noticed that after clicking on either Tools->Data Manager or
Tools->Password Manager->Manage Stored Passwords and clicking in the
search domains box, the title bar then displays SeaMonkey (not
responding) for about 30 seconds before I can continue. I think this
started when I upgraded
On SM v2.46, Tools->Data Manager opens a window with a long list of
domains in the left column, and the headings Cookies. Permissions,
Password Permissions, Preferences, Passwords, Storage, and Form Data
across the top of the right hand portion of the window.

memory used after being on those two sites all night. However, this is
not an ideal solution. The next webpage I went to, my Comcast email

From my experience, Weather.com is one of the worst websites for
mucking around with their content and breaking things. They either need
