Hi Barbara,
The app provides Control-Alt-A as a hotkey for opening a dialog for saving
attachments.
The same functionality can be achieved by opening the File menu from within
the message and selecting Save attachments.

Rod

If you turn off the speaking of smart tags in Word, that should help here in
Outlook as Outlook uses Word as the default editor.

Hi,
This is an issue that Microsoft has addressed and should be pushing out a

Hi,
Make sure apps are enabled.
Control-backslash, alt-a, enter on app management, enter on app status, finally
enter on the on item.
Is Outlook Enhance running when Outlook is?
Alt-a for the apps menu and arrow down to Outlook Enhance.
Let me know.

Alt7 rather than Alt-F7 is the correct key.

Use alt-F, then M. You then click on OK if you want to save all of the
attachments or just the attachment that's there
This will reliably give you access to your attachments and you can then do
what you want with them.
This also works for Outlook 2010.
