This has always been like this:
- different sample rates
- different transcoding
- different bit rate limiting
These result in all synced players going to the common denominator.
I suppose it doesn't have to remain like that though. But I think it
may be difficult technically.

OK, where is the setting to disable the digital outputs when the Touch
is placed in "Off" mode? The SB3 had a setting (from the web interface)

With all this "playing with all options and settings on the Touch" I

My touch arrives tomorrow and I have a handful of FLAC 24/96 files. I
