Thank you for all your contribution for the USB support. I tried a few
kernels (including the most recent #6) and wanted to report my issue.
The USB output works wonderfully with my XMOS based DAC. Unfortunately,
it has an issue with my MF V-LINK II
the change which I think caused this.

Looks like I'm not doing very well with kernel #6 - please use #5 for
the moment...
