Are you editing a pom.xml? Or are you editing the Eclipse class path?

I suspect the real answer is probably "it depends on what you need"...
lueAdapters are no longer supported (the behaviour is now

In short - in Apache Isis all "database" annotated objects are entities.
But you can tweak the presentation of data from these entities with the
use of annotations and actions (on the "parent") to enfo
table, but that may be unrelated
to your problem...

I would have to look into the details of what QueryDefault is doing,
but in the QueryByPattern, any property that is null is automatically
wildcarded. I'm not sure how the provided strings map onto fields and
values.
When I've needed to combine WHERE clauses, I've used multiple
QueryByPattern
in one of the default search directories, which is possibly a limiting
factor.
I suppose that if you want to serve the icons directly from the
database, you would need to replace the current implementation.

Having said this - this application is also probably locked into the
previous version of Isis (it has a custom objectstore that I can't migrate
into the new format since the Oid changes were made), so maybe it
doesn't matter if the html viewer is retired.
