VNC is running but a normal user can't change the password. Error: you

Just wanted to bump this topic
I was able to correct this in Vista by right clicking on the VNC server icon
and select Run as Administrator. Follow the prompts to enter your logon
password and it now works for me to connect from XP to Vista.

The easiest way to handle this is to save a shortcut to the VNC
connection. It will prompt if you wish to save the password with the
shortcut. You should say yes. Then you can just reconnect if you get
disconnected, without having to remember the password. Of course, in a
shared-PC situation
Just create the shortcut and it'll prompt you whether or not to save the
password. Say yes and it'll save it in encrypted form. However, keep in
mind that this is not super-encryption, and could, in theory, be
reverse-engineered.

When i change the password to the VNC-server i get the following problem: The
new password will only work when somone are logged on the computer, when the
computer is in Ctr-Alt-Del location, the old password most be writed insted of
