very well
setting NET rigctl from WSJTX.
The problem I have is when I have to set up the IC7300, I can't
understand how to compose the rigctld configuration string for IC7300.
Have an idea?

Some rigs have 100Hz resolution for example.
500Hz is guaranteed to work on pretty much all rigs.

Are you using rigctld-wsjtx ?
Are you running WSJT-X already? You need to shut down WSJT-X, start
rigctld-wsjtx, then select Hamlib NET rigctl in WSJT-X.

You can minimize hamlib overhead with this data in hamlib_settings.json which

Doesn't seem to be the problem. The highest I can get is 1999Hz before the
frequency ch
And does the power go back up when you go above 1900?
Sounds like it might be a notch filter.

I'm trying to figure out how to make this better.
The standard TS-2000 expects hardware flow control.
Most all simulators of the TS-2000 probably do not.
So perhaps make two TS-2000 entries -- the 2nd one "TS-2000 No Flow".
That way the default choice for flow control in WSJT-X will still work.
A
For those having problems on Kenwood rigs try the two different Handshake
settings for Hardware and None and see if one of them works.
I did change the TS-2000 to use Hardware based on testing another TS-2000.
Part of this may depend on what kind of RS232 cable you have if 3-wire or
5-wire.

If needed I have a Kenwood TS-2000 at home I can setup and try. I haven't
used it with WSJT-X but I have DigiRig I can connect and test.

Please generate a debug log with both.
I need to see what's going on with these kenwood rigs.
#1 Generate a log with the new version.
#2 Copy the libhamlib-4.dll from the 2.6.1 directory to the 2.7.5 directory
#3 Generate a log with the old version.
#4 Send me both logs.

I don't have a 891 but have you loaded any necessary drivers? A quick
google showed this page referencing some drivers that need to be installed:

Maybe I can make the error message a bit better -- yes -- you do need the
radio's IP address
Do you mean it doesn't work if you append the port 4992 too?
