The problem will pulling the tooth is...with all that empty space your remaining teeth will move, so really think about this before doing it. I've seen this happen more than once. Many moons ago my Dad had a tooth pulled and he had some kind of metal brace placed around the tooth so he could stick it back in during the day, but don't know if they still do such things.
