Not that I want to get in the way of a distinguished FPE, but it
would seem to me that you would treat this more as an obstruction or
mezzanine. Rack storage you are trying to protect a single entity and
are using multiple levels of protection, so balancing would be
appropriate. In this case, you are trying to protect a space below
conveyors, which would fall more like a mezzanine and require a
separate calc. However, if your distinguished FPE is with a
distinguished FPE firm and this if for a large national account,
either they or the insurance company may have their own ideas.
