When you put it that way, i can agree, but the reason why i'm so
sceptical about scripting is that i rely on a screen reader which
presents all text to me with speech or braille, and this screen reader
has at least in the past relied heavily on scripts, and do so to this
day although not so heavily and although there are many tools
available to help making these scripts, the syntax with its "if",
"elif", "else" and so on is pretty intimidating for me and it leaves
most users out in the cold, so to speak. Maybe it's ok for a screen
reader that has to deal with very complex non-standard windows,
controls etc, but i'd hate to se it in a good mailer like this, if the
scripting language weren't made in a simple yet powerful way.
