3は既に多くの言語で利用可能で、さらにそれぞれの言語を使用する現地のローカルチームによって自由に翻訳されます。
最後のものは、インストール時に使用言語が選択できることに加え、翻訳作業が各国語で進められているということが言いたいのだと解釈しました。
