This is a switch-a-rue.   Salvation is not obtained by obedience.  Salvation is by grace through faith.  Salvation IS NOT OF WORKS.  Eph. 2:8-9.   Obedience to the OT Sabbath has NOTHING to do with going to heaven.

I will let Marlin speak for himself about that.  Perhaps he just thinks obedience is a matter of spiritual life or death. Is it not?

However, maybe you are just being convicted in that area yourself. I trust that if someone’s words are Holy Spirit inspired, they will produce fruit.
