I have just one comment. How about moving 
View Chat history
view Webcam History
Into the view part?

But now that I look at it more closely, it seems better to be in the "contact" 
menu. What if it is a multi-person chat? Will the "Contact" menu expand into 
the list of participants, with each of them having a submenu like the contact 
would have in signle person chat?
