I'm sorry for your not pass!

I failed some months ago (also failed in tshoot section) and I understand
your felling.

My advice..practice and practice. understand all the topics (as you has
made the exam..you know more or less what are the typical topics in this
exam), make your own scenarios and try "tipical issues" to view the
behaivor and the way to you can resolve.

Review the tech document TECCCIE-3610 (from Cisco Live of 2011). For me,
this was very usefull because you can see how is the exam, how is the
grading process and several guidelines that I didn't know in my first
attempt.

Of course, practice the time management.. Is one of the most important
thing to pass this exam. You have to make your strategy and apply it in the
exam (in the lab you wont have time to think in this things...)

Lucky for the next attempt!!
