I feel your pain. My first attempt is in April. The prep work is extensive and it's hard to locate that missing link. If I pull a miss in April, I might schedule the one week lab prep through IPexpert. I'm a multiple vendor, multiple approach, certification study consumer. The Troubleshooting lab software interface is designed by a guy named Val Pavlichenko, from NetMasters. If you don't have the time, travel, and money to schedule a 5 day + class; consider purchasing the Assessment Labs to push you over the hump. Note: I've tried to purchase Troubleshooting only labs. Cisco will not permit the sale or packaging of Troubleshooting only labs.
