One thing is certain - no single piece of study material is a magic
bullet. All of our material works together towards the goal of
preparing you to pass the test.

In the past few months, the bar has been raised considerably when it
comes to the troubleshooting section in the lab. Simply knowing "how
to configure" doesn't cut it anymore and the training material and
classes that focus on recipes are no longer enough. Candidates who go
to the lab need to have a deep understanding on why things work the
way they do and how they WORK, not how they're configured.

All of our new products, including OWLE, but primarily 5-day ILT that
I teach have *sharp* focus on deep technology understanding. Our new
self-study products for example recently published "IPv4/IPv6
Multicast Operation and Troubleshooting" book reflect the entirely new
direction our training is taking. In the near future, we'll also be
revamping our other self-study products to bring them up to speed. Our
Volume 1-3 workbooks are probably the best preparation material on the
market, but we want them even better, with more focus on deep protocol
operations.
