It would be usefull command like show spanning tree vlan 52 and 211 Am I receveing a output like: P2p Bound(PVST) *PVST_Inc
Because I am thinking if there are switches that speaking PVST+. When I mix PVST+ and MSTP The PVST+ domain have to either host root switches for any vlan's or none. Cisco don't support hosting PVST+ of any of the root bridges, therefore all root bridges have to belong to MSTP domain. The MSTP edge ports will emulate PVST+ packets based to instance configuration. Furthemore I am thinking and the priority values for any vlans override STP priority for any PVST+ vlans configured That just my thought.
