As bad a rap as they have, and as many I've seen and dealt with that are sh*t, it's too bad that's what I would do first in a bad situation as well, speak to a lawyer. They can be scum sucking sharks for good reason. :)
But it definitely helps if you are friends or have em in the family - because they will drain you dry! LOL!
