ROFLMAO!!!!!! LOL!!!!!!!!!!! /me wipes tears from eyes .... Seriously though. I wish that were the case in every company. But guess what. HR dept's work for the company. And in ACTUALITY - most BIG corporations have corrupt HR departments.
I wish I were a millionaire right now. Because I'd give up a year of my life to go undercover and prove this to you. And you know what? It's VERY VERY VERY sad. I know first hand several people who went to their regional HR dept, and the HR person was in the pocket of the Regional manager. So you know where all those HR complaints went? No where. Because of the Regional Mgr's bullying. In fact, it was discovered that in most cases, the paperwork from employee complaints were never filed. And this was all discovered WAYYYYY too late. Sad. VERY VERY sad. People's lives were ruined over the course of a couple years.
