This point is key: the misinformation is rampant.

That said, when I got to the point that I so disgusted myself I couldnt even
consider not taking action ... I did.

Quick synopsis:

At 255 I bought a stationary recumbent and got up to 2 hours a day. I lost
maybe 20 lbs and started gaining back.

At 240 I started swimming. Got to about 230 and started gaining back.

At 230 I bought a half cage and 500 lbs of weighs

At 220 I hit the wall so ... I REALLY changed my diet.

At 200 every health issue I had (high cholesterol, triglycerides, etc etc) was
gone

I got down to 190 but now with a move to San Jose I'm back to 200.

gonna kick it up a notch!

.... As soon as I get back from Hawaii in the middle of feb :)

I'm ok being just tad bit of a fatty for now; here's the point:

If you're fat, stop whining, figure it the feck out, and get your shit together.
