Gruss. This is not about me. I've lost 45 pounds this year, so I have an
idea what works for me. I have however had problems losing weight in the
past, sure, and have talked to quite a few people about theirs. Based on
that I tried to educate you a little, and ya, I should have known better.
II am just trying to tell you, you over-simplify. Maybe I am harping on
this but one of my pet peeves is the bitch who insists that because her
husband's cousin's ex-wife's brother did x in situation y, then this is
clearly the way to go, and facts circumstances and medical opinions be
damned.

My original point -- there is no one right way and saying there is, is
foolish. Shrug.
