This is looking like something I probably can't fix very easily, if at all. That said, I still can't seem to reproduce it on my machine.

1) For SteamCMD, are you downloading appid 740 (dedicated server) or appid 730 (game client)? In theory, either should work, but for the sake of trying to reproduce this, I am curious.

2) What is the command line you are using to start this server? (Obviously filtering out any passwords or auth keys)

3) What are the contents of gamemodes_server.txt and any relevant cfg files? (Again filtering out any sensitive information like passwords)

4) Is the server starting up with cs_italy_night or another workshop map? Or is the map change to cs_italy_night (or other crash-causing map) occurring after another map has already been played through?

If the latter, does it still crash for you if you start the server with cs_italy_night?

5) Are there any other maps that you know of that are causing it to crash?
