I can answer part of these questions, so I figured I would at least answer
what I am able to and get the rest of the information to you tomorrow.

1. He downloaded 730 apparently. I asked him why and he said 740 "didn't
work" but couldn't give more information because he speaks almost no
english. I will try to work with him tomorrow to help him install 740. I am
guessing that is why we got such a ridiculous number of errors in the
nobreakpad.

2. ./srcds_run -game csgo +game_type 1 +game_mode 2 +login anonymous -ip
0.0.0.0 +net_public_adr 117.7.220.26 -authkey xxxxxxxx
+host_workshop_collection 277763594 +workshop_start_map 172740415

3. We have not made any changes to gamemodes_server.txt, and only bare
minimum changes to gamemode_deathmatch_server.cfg (eg bot quotas)

4. The server is starting on a different map, and he is attempting to
change to cs_italy_night through the changelevel command. I will have him
try it tomorrow by starting on cs_italy_night.

5. He mentioned that there were others, but he is asleep right now and I
can't ask him.
