hi bernd, i just changed the text of the incubator as you did with the text of labs to show that it fits better because the primary goal is the "community check" (+ we can never ignore ip clearance). we just don't need the overhead of the incubator and the incubation phase is very short. we are still talking about new projects (esp. gsoc projects) - so there are differences.
