I cannot *begin* to tell you how many people complained because on the
650 MB isos "this is missing" or "that is missing". It far outnumbers
the complaints of "this is too big because <insert reason>".

Install and say you only have CD1 and CD3. After the install is done,
copy CD2 to your hard drive and then install the stuff you want from
that.
There is always a way to do it.
