once again,  i b m has maid certain modifications that prevent speech, at least
according  to the article in bit streem.
these changes are specific to the i b m activa and are complicated.
you can obtain the article or you can contact i b m, if you contact i b m it
may take awhile for them  to relearn how to fix it.
it all has to do with i b m adding special stuff to their p c.
or at least   it work when the guy in the article did it.
you can at least find out the author of the articles name, 
and contact him.
he is a regular hardware tester for bit streem.
