Hi Lenny:

I have installed JFW 3.2 in these computers several times.

I recommend the following:

1.  Make sure that your video settings are 256 colors, 600 by 800,
     no screen savers, no wallpaper.
2.  Clear your recycle bin
3. Delete all entries in the startup folder.
4.  Restart the computer.

If your problem is resolved, then restore each item from the resicle bin
until you find the culprit.
