The "[caymen@localhost]" part lets you know where you're logged in, and who you're logged in as (apparently you didn't change the hostname when you installed Mandrake, which isn't a problem). From this point you can do whatever you want. If you want a GUI, type "startx" (without the quotes) at the prompt, assuming it was configured properly when you installed the system.
