Silver, magnets, accupuncture, reflexology, etc. About 3 years ago, I started
doing essential oils, long story short.I've been almost free of asthma,
respiritory infections, etc, (no I do not sell essential oils). I got off my

been in the hospital numerous times, predisons became a common drug for me
along with alot antibotics. Praise God, I have't used predisone for 2 years

  Hi Kathy,
Borrks will like how you spelled his name. :-)
When it's made this way, you can drink more than you can with vit. c mixed in
water, because you don't reach bowel tolerance as fast. You can't overdose on
vitamin C at even 100,000 grams. If you made a single batch with 1 Tbsp.
ascorbic acid (vit. C), you have 1306 mg. x 12 = 15.672 grams. You should be
able to drink this easily in one day. When I make a double batch, I drink half
the first day and the other half the next day. If I was seriously sick, I could
easily increase that. Drink it straight and then chase it with water to get the
acid off your teeth. If you add sodium bicarbonate, it is less acidic, but at
least 3 times less effective.

I also made liposomal Vit C using the Brooks Bradley recipe, but as I
remember it, I used ascorbic acid, not sodium ascorbate. It is easy to take. I
can make a double batch which is equal to 24 grams vit C.
I just got up and looked for the recipe inside my cupboard; the baking
soda is optional and I did use it every time. However, I came to understand
from some reading lately that vitamin C is best not buffered as it offers more
electrons to the reactions, so I will try it neat next time I make liposomal
vit. C.
I can't look up the reference as the internet is timing out even on
Yahoo since yesterday. I can't even run a broadband speedtest from my own

I would give the dog pure CS solution to drink, or a weak CS solution to

Shouldn't be any harm to drink the CS all the time though. (Washing the

Hi Sandy,

If you believe your post nasal drip and dry sore mouth is due to an
infection then clearly CS would be just what you would want to use and adding
some DMSO would help. I take 2 ounces of CS with about a 1/2 to 1/4 ounce of
99% strength DMSO combined every night due to an infected tooth and it has
helped tremedously. I brush my teeth with it and then swish the CS/DMSO around
and drink the rest. I hope you are familiar with how to use DMSO and know you
always add the DMSO last to whatever your adding it to...it will cause some
warmth to the mixture which is perfectly normal...also stir the mixture with a
wooden popsicle stick or a clean wooden spoon handle or a glass stirer never
plastic or metal.

For your hip pain also use DMSO...it is excellent for such things. You
might even rub some magnesium oil on the hip and let it absorb for a bit then
rub on some DMSO with a cotton ball. May husband has lower back pain and this
has helped him.

Hope this helps.

Hi,
This question has come up before, sometimes as a concern that the
demineralized water was going to leach the minerals from one's body.
That's simply not so. While it is true that ultra-pure water is noted
as being an excellent solvent, you could make up for the supposed
leaching by eating one sprig of broccoli, perhaps every week or so - it
would make up for Way more than could potentially be removed by any
solvent action of the water.

Usually a mineral deficiency is due to the foods we eat being grown on
soil that is low in that mineral, for instance look up Iodine and Goiter
on Google. Another factor of growing (eww! Bad Pun!) concern is the use
of genetically modified plants, which often gain their economic
advantage by being short of certain minerals in enzymes that pests
utilize to their own advantage, and to the plant's disadvantage; of
course this modification also cripples the plant's own abilities to
accomplish whatever it had developed that enzyme or messenger molecule
to do.

Hopes this helps, not to worry.
Malcolm

usually every day, though I skip from time to time. Everyone I have spoken to
who has given this a serious try has been significantly helped. WELL worth

Hi Tara,
I'm coming in on this thread in the middle, but with a sprained knee

this any particular kind of blue-green algae? I've been doing shark cartilage

Your snipped quotes 1. You need the strongest ionic cs you can get. 2. I
usually take my 30uS SilverCell cs sublingually, then spit it out.

  1. One can achieve that by using conventional equipment and ingesting their
home made product *immediately* after cessation of production, definitely
consume it within 12 hours cos for every hour it stands, ions will be lost.

  2. I usually take my 15-18uS *immediately* upon cessation of the brewing
process {if/when I choose to} and simply swallow it. As stated earlier, to
flood.

Poor girl. I had that also.

The conventional treatment can take a long time and the results are
   uncertain.

The treatment is usually two or more antibiotics for several weeks. If it
fails, they simply add another antibiotic and run it for another several
weeks. The problem is the bacteria embed themselves in the stomch lining
and cover themselves with a coating that antibiotics cannot penetrate, so
   they are hard to kill.

I tried all the conventional things - Pepto Bismal, diet, etc. Nothing
helped, and it only got worse.

I usually take my 30uS SilverCell cs sublingually, then spit it out.
Finally, I drank an entire 8 oz glass. The pain disappeared in 6 to 8 hours
   and never came back.

As in other things, a weak cs may not do any good. You need the strongest

You should know that that prescription is not universally effective - it
works for some folks, others not at all.
Certainly worth a serious try. But be aware your mileage may vary. Some
folks actually use hot red peppers to lessen their pain - I'm one of those.
I religiously did the complete night-shade avoidance diet, with no benefit
whatsoever. So different strokes for different folks - for those it does
work, it seems to work well, and be easily testable by trying a minor inclusion
at some point after symptoms have initially improved. You'll be able to tell
if you are one who will be helped by this diet or not. Sara

Thanks for your input, I guess I'm at that point where I am going to have
to get serious about the diet, I love all the night=shade veggies and (ahem)
cheddar cheese. To get out of this misery, I'm ready to do anything.
Thanks...Kathy

I must admit I've been glossing over (deleting) arthritis emails here
because I've been pain-free for so long. Can I assume you've covered the
basic foods to avoid like the night-shades (potatoes, tomatoes, green
peppers,
eggplant, paprika ... and (ahem) cheddar cheese?)

And drinking sufficient water? I figure half my pound weight is the
number of ounces
to drink each day. I put a splash of apple cider vinegar in each 8
ounces.
If I change this regimen, my ankles, knees, etc. start talking back. I'm
76.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned LDN.
That has proven to be very effective at healing RA according to what I
have read.

Apparently with very few side effects.
Certainly worth a try if you can get a prescription.

any of you used it? My husband is a smoker and has been getting bronchitis. I

enough for him to be sick, without making me sick as well. But I remembered you
all talking about a machine ( humidifier or vaporizer) that had helped someone,
so I did some research and found the silver lung nebulizer. I already have a
silver puppy for making CS. Have used CS on diabetic ulcers on my Mom before

What do you all think of the silver lung set-up?

An obvious off-topic question.., but here goes.

I've got several white plastic buckets (that used to hold a variety of
icings/jellies etc. from a local bakery). I've washed them, rinsed etc. and am
now storing pastas, beans and the like in them. They seal fairly well, but
quite frankly I'd feel better if I could actually suck all the air out of them.
Isn't there a way I can do this without having to purchase dry ice or lots of

great article on the TT. i wonder if EIS used the same way would give
similar results? that is, to raise the whole blood plasma volume to 10ppm or
more silver in a short period by IV

Boyd Graves was cured of HIV with one injection of TT sufficient to raise his
plasma to a similar level, and it blew his liver up like a balloon but didn't
damage it or impair function and eventually normalized. he's an interesting
character. seems to have researched and put together the history of the
development of the HIV by our biowarfare people... but either his case is weak
(maybe but not likely as he's a very smart guy) or people just fail to respond
much for other reasons (not to their credit?)

CSasthma

2011-03-07 Thread Kathy Tankersley
Some of you may remember when I got out of the hospital last March and was very
fustrated with being sick with asthma, getting over loaded with steroids and
with the whole thing of not being able to breathe. Some of you wonderful
people sent me ideas, suggestions, etc. One of the suggestions (although I
tried alot of them) was the Buteyko Breathing Method. Out of desperation,
about a month ago, I ordered the book off ebay and began the breathing
techniques. I've been doing the breathing techniques about 3 weeks now, and
I'm much better! I could tell a big difference in just a week! Since Nov of
2010, till three weeks ago, I had shortness of breath so bad, I couldn't
function, I was on prednisone, nebulizer 4 times a day along with the 'rescue'
inhaler. My Dr. told me that I am taking all they have to offer. The Buteyko
Method has cut my Nebulizer down to 1 time a day with half the solution, rescue
inhaler, maybe once a day, and I'm off predisone!I'm thrilled with the
results. (I can't run a race) but I'm back to cleaning my house and doing my
house work.
Anyway, I wanted to say ''thank you' to all of the ones that offered their
imput, I always go to the silver list to see what regular people are saying
about disease, etc. Thanks again...Kathy

Re: CSasthma

Yes, the method is esy to learn, one of the basic things is to breathe out of
your nose, not your mouth, and the method is very easy. to learn. In fact,
they say in the book that this can easily be taught to children (I think over 5
years of age). The book I got is 'Breathing Free' by Teresa Hale. Another
thing that they teach is, instead of reaching for the 'rescue inhaler', to do
the breathing method first, then use the inhaler if still needed. They
recommend NOT get rid of any of your medicine, inhalers, etc. I was glad to
read that as I am realizing that there is an 'emotional' tie to the inhalers,
nebulizers, etc. (At least thats what I've found in my own experience). If I
can be of help any further, please write. Kathy

This comes from a friend of mine, any comment anyone? I'd appreciate any
input, thanks, Kathy.

I got the email from the silver list that said wireless iternet is harmful to
our health. At night I am hearing an electronic noise that wakes me up, usually
between 4 and 6 am. It sounds sort of like cell phone interference on a radio:
a quick duh-duh-duh, duh-duh-duh followed by a beep beep beep... that gets
louder and louder. The weird thing is, that as soon as I lift my head from the
pillow to locate the sound, it stops. It has stopped like this every time I
tried to find it. I did hear it one night before I went to bed, but it was very
faint and I couldn't find a location for the source of the sound before it went
away. My husband can't hear it. We do have internet service with wireless
capabilities, but we switched off the wireless and only use the wired service
to our computers. We even unhooked the main supply one night and I still heard
the sound. I wonder could it still be the internet signal because of the
antenna on the house? Do you know of anyone else with this experience? Any
suggestions?

on the CS list for pets, there was a few posts about giving a specific type
of beer to dogs to stop all parasitic worms--you must have the Irish imported
Guinness with the black label on the bottle. not extra stout, but a different
name which I can't remember right now. the dose rate was 1 ounce of beer to 25
pounds of dog. it was allowed to set out so that it became flat (so it didn't
make gas in the dog) and then it could either be given directly as a drink or
poured over food. it was also said to cure
ehrichisis (sp). it is given once, and then 2 weeks later given again.
after that it is given once a month.

in the case of heartworms, the dog is checked in 2 months for worms in the
filia stage, and if found, then the original dose (twice the first month) was
given again.

it kills the parasites by being seen as food by them, so they don't reject
it, or send out poison trying to get the dog to stop taking it (like medicine
does) but it makes them sterile so they can't reproduce. it is said to work on
all but whip worms, if I remember right.

since ehrichisis comes from ticks, we were also told the beer helped control
that disease. the lady that posted these messages is no longer on the group, I
think--at least she hasn't posted for a long time. but if you join the group
you can go back and read the original messages about this.

I did drink some water after taking the turpentine to wash it down. It was
probably less than a half tsp of sugar. You just put the turpentine in a spoon
and add sugar till the turpentine is covered and a little loose white sugar
shows. It is very easy to take and I think it actually tastes good.

If you put EIS/CS in a jewelry cleaner and turn it on, it will increase
clumping of the silver and increase particle size.

Thanks for your tip on turp. Did you drink water immediately after

Will putting EIS/CS in the ionic jewelry cleaner (like the lipo C)
right after it finishes brewing make the particles smaller and unclump them?

Thanks.

My kids reach for the silver for anything they know they need it for.
They are 13 and 14 and will even make it themselves if I'm not around to
do it. My husband swears by it for any upset stomach ( food
poisoning). He used it when a butcher(Dr) tried to remove his toenail
and instead removed his whole toe from the knuckle forward. it took over
a yr to heal the wound up. I can watch almost anything abut cutting the
human body but this was a massacre.

We have it in medicine bottles and spray bottles and they drink or
spray it everywhere there is a need with out flinching. My mother is
also very receptive ... Dr'ing all her animals with it. I use it for
UTI's that are virtually untouchable by anything else. None of my
family is blue, silver or any other color other than normal tan color.

Apparently I have a fairly receptive family.

TTP is
Thrombocytopenia is a deficiency of platelets (thrombocytes).

a.. Thrombocytopenia occurs when the bone marrow makes too few
platelets or when too many platelets are destroyed.
b.. Bleeding in the skin and bruising occur.
c.. Blood tests are used to make the diagnosis and determine the
cause.
d.. Sometimes platelet transfusions are needed.
The blood usually contains about 140,000 to 440,000 platelets per
microliter. Bleeding can occur with relatively minor trauma when the platelet
count falls below about 50,000 platelets per microliter of blood. The most
serious risk of bleeding, however, generally does not occur until the platelet
count falls below 10,000 to 20,000 platelets per microliter. At these very low
levels, bleeding may occur without any injury. The last count I had from the VA
hospital was 23,000.

Comfrey is also called bone-knit because it rebuilds bones.

If you Google comfrey you will see that the FDA has a rant against
internal use of it. I believe there are very certain situations where
ingesting comfrey needs to be done carefully, since it MAY effect the

CSosteoporosis

2010-06-17 Thread Kathy Tankersley
Hi All, I'm looking for treatment of Osteoporosis: My Ob/GYN Dr. had a bone
density test done on me , and I have Osteoporosis in one hip and my spine. She
put me on Bluebonnet Cal/Mag, but I've been taking Cal/Mag all these years.
Has anyone been through this? Any suggestions?
Thanks..Kathy

My Dr. started me on the D3 over a year ago, as I was low on D. I was retested
a couple weeks ago, the D part is okay, but the osteoporosis is not improving.

  Kathy,

the same thing happened to me over a year ago. The doc wanted me to take
Boniva but I wasn't keen on that so he did a 25-hydroxyvitamin D test and
found mine to be alarmingly low (8). He started me on Vit d3.
I have had that retested a couple times to make sure it was moving up, which
it has. I do take calcium along with it. I need to have the bone density test
redone. I will say my back feels MUCH better than when the Dr. first
discovered the problem. Edith

Zinc oxide:

Zinc oxide has been shown to increase IGF-1 both as an oral and topical
application. Zinc oxide is considered safe except when inhaled:

Topical:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/7899834

http://www.podiatrytoday.com/article/1894
In another recent study, zinc oxide was found to promote
epithelialization of full thickness skin wounds by the activation of
zinc-dependent MMPs, which facilitate keratinocyte migration. The study
also demonstrated that zinc oxide augmented endogenous expression of
insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1), which is fundamental in the
production of granulation tissue.1

Oral:

Protein, milk and coffee:

http://www.2-bodybuilding.com/articles/1849-increase_igf-1_levels_natura
lly.html
Recent studies in adult humans have consistently shown that high milk
consumption is associated with a 10 percent to 20 percent increase in
circulating IGF-1 levels in humans.10, 19-23 Even more interesting is
that a head-to-head study comparing milk to meat as a protein source has
shown that milk increases IGF-1 more profoundly than meat proteins.
Before I dive into the research, here is a brief summary of IGF-1 basics
and why increasing IGF-1 levels are important for increasing muscle
mass.

IGF-1: Anabolic And Anti-Catabolic
A number of studies have associated age-related declines in circulating
anabolic factors, including IGF-1 and testosterone, with the muscle
atrophy of aging, suggesting that these serum factors are important for
the maintenance of muscle mass. Scientists wanted to see what would
happen to muscle satellite cells of older mice if they restored their
serum levels of IGF-1 to those of young mice. Using a parabiosis model
(a parabiosis model surgically attaches the circulatory system of two
animals in this case, an older and a younger mouse), these researchers
showed that the circulating IGF-1 plays an important role in the
regenerative capabilities of skeletal muscle, including satellite cell
recruitment, as regenerative capacity was restored in aged mice provided
a young circulation.33 This study clearly shows that satellite cells of
aging muscle are influenced by serum levels of IGF-1, as chronic
exposure to serum from young animals restored the regenerative
capacities of satellite cells in old mice. Furthermore, exogenous IGF-1
applied to atrophied muscles in rats has been shown to significantly
increase muscle mass and satellite cell activity.

Protein Influences IGF-1 Concentrations
Concentrations of IGF-1 appear to be influenced by total calories,
protein intake and certain micronutrients (potassium, magnesium and
zinc), as shown in both animal and human studies.3 It has been reported
that the nutritional status, not only energy and amino acid restriction,
are critical regulators of IGF-1. For example, one study examined the
effect of protein or carbohydrate supplementation in conjunction with
strength and conditioning training on IGF-1 over a six-month period. The
results of this study indicated that a protein supplement consumed
during a strength and conditioning program led to an increase in plasma
concentrations of IGF-1 in those subjects compared with the
concentrations in a group of persons who also trained, but consumed a
calorically equivalent carbohydrate supplement.27 Endurance runners
represent the perfect diet model for how diet modifies IGF-1. Endurance
runners who consume a diet low in protein yet high in carbohydrates have
lower IGF-1 levels compared to sedentary adults consuming a Western
diet, which was high in protein and calories.15 This in conjunction with
other studies that have also found a substantial depressing effect of a
persistently used low-protein diet on circulating total and free IGF-1.
A certain amount of protein and carbohydrates are needed for IGF-1, but
the traditional high-protein/low-carbohydrate diet bodybuilders follow
causes a drop in serum levels of IGF-1 and insulin; however, muscle gene
expression of IGF-1 actually increases.34

Got IGF-1?
Most bodybuilders know that milk contains casein and is known as a slow
protein for its unique ability to coagulate in the small intestines and
release slowly into the bloodstream. Approximately 80 percent of the
protein in cows milk is casein and the remaining 20 percent is whey.
Casein proteins clot in low-pH solutions. Hence, the acidity in the
stomach makes casein clump into a gel, whereas whey remains soluble.
Both whey and casein contain specific proteins and peptides that may
have growth-stimulating effects. Additionally, the degradation of milk

Over about a 30 year period with arthritis like symptoms, I have found
out a thing or two...

I have found that coffee gives me major joint and connective tissue
pain. I had to stop all coffee for about 1 month before the effects
of it went away. Drinking a cup of weak coffee once a week was enough
to keep up some amount of pain.

I took glucosamine for about 20 years and it was pretty effective, but
found that over that time I started to get intestinal inflammation
issues which increased over time. I found that I also have
inflammation from shrimp (and possibly other shellfish) and am not
sure if it is a result of the sensitivity to the glucosamine over time
(glucosamine is made from chitin from shellfish) or what, because I
have eaten shrimp for years. I found that some of my relatives from
my father's side have similar, or worse, reaction to glucosamine. So
now I can't take glucosamine any more.

However, I am relatively free of joint pain and do about 6 hours of
strenuous Chen style T'ai Chi (look it up on youtube) a week.

Things I have found that help greatly are avoiding Coffee (or anything
else that one may have a food sensitivity to), making sure that one's
body is not acidic, and taking a certain amount of magnesium chloride
as a supplement.

The other thing that helped tremendously was supplementing with boron
(borax). The borax got rid of a pain in my hand that I had for about
a year from where the joints had been crushed together during a
joint-locking technique. A normal person would have gotten over this
in a few weeks, but my pain lingered. After taking the borax the pain
disappeared, and I could also make a fist as hard as I could without
any sort of joint pain. A person with arthritis in the hands will
know what I am talking about. The borax seemed to sort of harden the
joints (in a good way) and get rid of the weak feelings.

I think an acidic body is also extremely important in producing the
condition of arthritis or joint pain, so figuring out how to get back
into pH balance is important.

I also have taken CMO without apparent effect, but I think that
effect, for me, appears over a longer time, so I wouldn't discount it.
I think that it is one of the things that has helped, but it wasn't
the only thing that was necessary for me.

So, these are the things that I think help for arthritis/rheumatism:

1.) Refrain from anything that causes food sensitivities.
2.) Take something like Concentrace to supplement your magnesium.
3.) Try supplementing Boron.
4.) Get your pH into the correct range.
5.) Try a course of CMO (Cetyl Myristoleate )
6.) Be smart about it. Use your mind to monitor what you are doing
and the effects of it on your body...

Hey Kathy -- CMO... following is one of Brooks' posts regarding CMO...
(seems there was something mentioned by someoneone else about using Borax for
arthritis a while back too?) Good luck!!

In reviewing my enormous email back-log, prior to Deleting the majority, I
noticed this post regarding a friend of yours.addressing CS as a possible
effective protocol.
We have never effected ANY detectable benefit from CS as an arthritis
protocol. However, we have had most effective response to nearly all arthritic
challenges (most especially involving the articulating joints of the body)
using the following protocol...sometimes with minor derivatives. Basically,
here it is...in summary.all measures are Daily doses. MSM, 4000 mg daily
(in powder form equivalent, or capsuleswe DO NOT recommend experimenters to
use tablet form, as many people.especially those beyond 60 years of age
cannot properly utilize them because tablet-forms,many times, do not properly
dissolve in the alimentary tract (actually, being passed-through intact a large
portion of the time). CMO (Cetyl Myristoleate ), 1800 mg, approximately,
divided into 3 doses
(preferably, taken, 1 hour before or after each meal). 2000 mg Glucosamine
Sulphate, taken in one dose...at ones convenience. 1200 mg of Chondroitin
Sulphate (or any common form of plain gelatin---such as Knox powdered gelatin).
Additionally, we employed the use of topically applied DMSO, 75% strength @ 75%
volume X Emu Oil (undiluted) @ 25% volume of the total mixture. Applications
were made a minimum of twice daily. Additionally, we utilized LED ARRAYS (10 to
15 bulbs @ 3500 mcd each, applied touching---or nearly so---the affected area.
The length of time of exposure varied from 10 to 15 minutes per session.
Although we have achieved excellent results using Rife-type Plasma
Generators, sometimes in lieu of the LED array, the cost of such a device is,
many times, prohibitive.
even in those cases involving of home-made units. The LED arrays
yielded benefits
almost as effective as our Rife-Type generators, they were an
order-of-magnitude less costly. (e.g. The cost of almost any genuinely
effective Rife Plasma-Type generator will
be $1500 dollarsin parts). The cost of a very effective LED array
containing 10 3500 mcd bulbs, is less than $75.00.
While did find the use of Boron supplements effective( the amount that
adheres to the first joint of the moistened index finger when dipped into a
container of powdered 20 Mule Team Borax...is quite sufficient as a daily
support) we employed them in a more limited number of evaluations. However, the
results were, sometimes, spectacular in nature...and this when the other
protocols had reached the limit of their effectiveness. Our research has
revealed that Boron is a much-maligned element and many untruths/spins as to
its supposedly lethal toxicity have permeated the scientific (so-called)
literaturefor decades. The vast majority of these denigrating claims are
totally unsupported by detailed research. While Boron is, in truth, a
trace-element requirement.it is a VERY important one and possesses a high
LD number-much, much larger than is generally publicized. I have used this
little Boron supplement, prophylactic-type, support for the immediately-! past
10 years.with nothing but excellent results.especially in increasing
range-of-motion and relieving bursitis-type ancillary components.
I know this response is quite after-the-fact in nature, but I truly believe
the information warrants consideration.
  Best Regards, Brooks.
p.s. While anecdotal in nature, it might be of interest to you to note that
the simple addition of the little boron supplement GREATLY improved the bone
density of our female volunteers (most especially those over 60 years of age).

It only cancels out what is left in the surface where blood flow is
slow...which is also why it's painful.
With 15 minute cycles, or even 5 minute cycles, you've given it time for
most of the chemicals to enter the blood stream before being canceled by
the switch.

The cancellation effect wouldn't be instant, but it would be pretty
fast, so some small amount of time spend doing that would detract from
the amount of time stuff of one sort or the other is entering the blood
stream..and..building up in the skin...so the faster the cycle the more
that factor takes out of the cycle doing nothing to change the
bloodbut keeps the skin neutral.

Only when in use - but, of course, that is when you are holding it up to your
ear.
If you have a cordless house phone, the handset emits radiation only when in
use.
But the cordless base/recharging station where the antenna is emits radiation
constantly (just like a cell phone tower with antennas).
If you have a WI-Fi system, your Wi-Fi router also emits radiation constantly.
Having a Wi-Fi router is like having a cell phone tower in your house!
Your laptop that uses Wi-Fi emits radiation when you connect to the Wi-Fi
system (kind of like the cell phone).
The problem is with the continuous types of exposure from base stations and
for people who have a cell phone glued to their ear for hours a day.
The units kids use of texting also emit, but at least when texting they do
not hold them to their ear - that helps.

You got it buddy, I'm brewing up CS by the gallons! I have over 150 TCM
remedies in storage. While I don't practice medicine as a business, I am a
physical and spiritual healer. I make sure my family and friends know
where to go when they pick something up.

My sister had a cough that lasted almost 2 months. I said Well why didn't
you tell me! Get over here, NOW!.. She came over, I sat her down, gave
her a dosage of Coptis (amazing lung clearing herb, works in 1-2
dosages!), had her use the T2 Zapper for awhile, pushed a 5 million
ions/cc(neg) ionizer near her and said sit back and read a book. I sent
her home later that evening with another dosage of Coptis, and asked her
to call me in the morning. Her cough was gone in the morning.

I have a standing order that if anyone I know starts to feel Not
themselves or get sort of looney or mind control feeling, get their buts
over to my house. One aspect(not all though) of this kind of tech (out of
towner or otherwise) is how it impacts the PPI structure of your inner
primitive brain (Vestibular). Essentially, the basis of some mind control
is it lowers your PPI threshold, which causes excessive startle reflex,
leading to fear/anxiety, then to adrenal gland discharge (seratonin
imbalance precursor), insomnia, and at some point
hallucination/psychosis. Through my research, I discovered some specific
remedies to raise the PPI threshold so high you essentially become immune
to this rubbish. Of course I keep a whole lot of that stuff on hand, and
have sent them out to friends/family.

It wasn't until AFTER I made these discoveries, tested them, found
substances to increase the PPI threshold, then applied that I found out
this was discovered many years ago. A doctor had a 90% total cure rate in
his practice for most mental illness, phobias, panic attack type of
things. I purchased the book (long out of print), and my research added
to his for the complete picture involved here, and more important, I found
more effective substances for this. It doesn't work in every, but in 90%
of the cases. But more than that, I expanded it with increased knowledge
of how nefarious sources can utilize this defect, create the defect
itself, and then exploit to to induce nervous breakdowns, OCD, depression,
neurosis, psychosomatic illness, or whatever else. My copy of this book
was stolen and I intend to order a spare.

I ask nobody take my word for it, and if the suggestions apply, try them,
and see for yourself. Trust, but verify is my motto.

Phobia Free: Medical Breakthrough Linking 90% of all Phobias and Panic
Attack to a Hidden Physical Problem

I'll share the substance, it's Emodin and it is in Rhubarb, Aloe,
Buckthorn, Red Wine (Resveratrol), Cascara, and a bunch of other things.
But the best way to get a lot of it fast is through concocted tea-pills in
traditional chinese medicine, very potent, very strong, and very fast
acting. But here is the cool part, a lot of Essential Oils contain high
concentrations of emodin (anthraquinones variant), which WOULD help
explain their effect to calm you down, ground you, and relieve mental
distress. Ahhh, the pieces of the puzzle come together.. It's the FOOD
once again!

Re: CSSilver for astmatics

2010-04-18 Thread Kathy Tankersley
I'm watching to see if there is anyone out there with a solution, I, too am
searching around for solution for asthma, right now I am doing acupucture, I've
only had a couple treatments so far. Dr. Richard Becker has a health book and
TV program, where he recommends vitamins for asthma (alot of B vitamins). I
started this regiment2-3 years ago. Doug Kaughman has a
TV program and book, his theory is alot of asthma is fungus related, so diet is
important. I am on Avair and a rescue inhaler. I am like you I would love to
get off this medication. Advair is almost $300.00 a month and the resuce
inhaler is $230.00 a month. I also have my nebulizer when necessary. Recently
I started with Beta Glugan to see if that will help. Someone on the list
recommended 'Buteyko Breathing Exercises, I am going to get the CD on that,
but I'm leary of 'shalow breathing'. I juice fresh juices and take a gob of
vitamins daily and have for years. I still fight the awful desease every
winter, in the hospital, full of steroids, anti-botics till I can't think or
function. I am praying for you and all asthmatics, as I know what you are
going through.Good luck and keep us posted as to the treatment you are
doing, and if it is doing any good. Thanks for listening...Kathy

Whenever needed for my asthma, and that is very rarely these days, I use my
nebulizer with about CS 10 ppm and I add about 5-8 drops of DMSO. With my
earlier nebulizer I would do that for about 20 minutes. With the ultra sonic it
is only a few minutes.

However, I can highly recommend looking into the breathing method of Buteyko.
. This has helped me off all meds way back. It's an easy method to learn,
basically re-learning to breathe properly. Its application is used for many
other conditions involving breathing. A friend of mine was able to do away
with the PapC machine (sp?) to which he had to hook himself up every night to
be able to sleep through the night.

Please google for places in USA. It has been introduced in the USA. It
originates in Russia, is even part of the official health system in Russia for
asthma patients.

  Hello Kathy,

  I was just wondering...

Have you been able to identify the bacteria, fungus, or virus that causes
asthma?

Chlorine dioxide is used to kill off bacteria, fungi and viruses. If you can
identify the one that you are dealing with, you can get an idea of what it
takes to kill if off.

  Renee,

This is by Richard Loyd, using MMS though.

  Shar

http://www.jimhumble.biz is a good place to get information about
  various uses of MMS.

I personally use it for brushing teeth and as a mouthwash for killing
anything that might be setting up colonies in the tooth sockets.

I also use it for killing mold in buildings and cars.

  MMS Instructions

*Introduction*: Activated MMS is a powerful disinfectant. If it is
taken internally, it works for only about two hours. So a small dose
every two hours is more effective than a large dose less often. It also
works great for disinfecting the area around teeth and it can kill mold
in cars and rooms. These instructions require 50% concentrated citric acid.

*CAUTION*: *Activated MMS gives off chlorine dioxide fumes that can
cause lung and eye damage. Avoid breathing the fumes. This is normally
an issue only when treating a car or room. Use MMS in glass, ceramic or
plastic containers only. Concentrated fumes can cause explosions.*

*Dental use*: To a two ounce brown glass dropper bottle, add 20 drops
of MMS and 20 drops of 50% citric acid. (Or, to a one ounce bottle use
10 drops of each.) Swirl it around a bit and wait three minutes. You
now have activated MMS. Fill the bottle with water. You now have
diluted activated MMS which will stay active for three days. Throw it
  out after three days.

To brush teeth, add 4-5 drops of your diluted activated MMS to a wet
  toothbrush.

For a mouthwash, squirt one dropper of diluted activated MMS solution
into a glass. Add 3 droppers of water. Swish this around in the mouth
for a few minutes. You can either swallow it or spit it out.

*If you want to take it orally*, put three squirts from your activated
diluted MMS bottle in water and drink. This will give you one drop of
MMS. You can do this every hour. If you want to take a lot more, you
will have to make it up more often or mix each dose up as needed.

*To kill mold in a car*: Take a cereal bowl, saucer or plate and squirt
about 7 droppers/squirts of MMS onto or into it. Add the same amount of
citric acid. Place it into the car and leave it there overnight with
the doors and windows closed. The next morning, air the car out and
remove the MMS residue before using the car. If the car has a trunk,
treat it the same way. _Do not breathe the fumes_.

*To kill mold in a garage*: Close doors and windows. Use several bowls
with up to 15 squirts of MMS and the same amount citric acid in each
one. _Do not breathe the fumes._ Make sure that no one will enter the
garage until it has been aired out the next day and the MMS residue has
  been removed.

*Basements require extra caution*. You do not want fumes to get into an
area where people are. So be aware of furnace vents and other ways that
the fumes can travel. A furnace in the basement should be turned off
until after the basement has been aired out.

If the treatment of the car or room is complete, you will be able notice
a bleach-like smell the day after the treatment. Air treated area out
  before using it.

  Richard

When I use the nebulizer, I always use CS plus DMSO added. The earlier one
I had was a normal nebulizer. I would fill the little container for medication
with about 10 mil and would add about 4-8 drops of DMSO.

I hope you get it cleared up she can go deaf from an ear infection, alot of
my cousins are because their parents didn't do doctors either.

ECHINACEA Used as a tincture to reduce drainage and speed healing.

GARLIC OIL Is applied to a cotton ball and placed inside ear to help fight
infection.

Put few drops of garlic juice into the infected ear. Use blow dryer from
about 12 to 15 inches from your head, this will remove any water trapped in the
Eustachian tube. Put some olive oil on the warm spoon; put 2 to 3 drops of this
in each ear. Put few drops of lobelia extract into the infected ear and rub it
gently. Wash your ear using colloidal silver, it is a natural antibiotic.
Slightly warm one teaspoon of juice of the mango leaf and put it into the
infected ear drop by drop.
Take vitamin C to boost your immune system, it will help you to combat
infection. Increase Zinc intake, it reduces ear infection. Eat a healthy diet
with lots of calcium in it. Avoid processed foods and hydrogenated oils.

So, it seems my daughter has an ear infection. I don't do doctors, but I
am a nurse and have an otoscope and can clearly see that her ears are infected.
Anyway, I give her CS everyday (about ¼ to ½ a cup), plus Vit D, cod liver
oil, etc. I try to do natural remedies as much as possible!

What can I do for her poor ears? I have heard of putting Hydrogen Peroxide
in the ears and letting it sit for a bit, but she's only 3 and may not do that
well! I have DMSO and could do a CS/DMSO mixture - any particular ratio that
seems to work best? Or is there some other remedy that would work well? I'm

make my own loaf. You can use several different recipes this way. I've
recently bought a flour mill and mill my own whole wheat flour, still working
with it to get a 'good loaf' with just WW flour and no white flour added.
Thanks,
Kathy

  Hi Sol,

Actually that'd be great too - I've got a bread machine and haven't used it
in awhile as I've never been quite satisfied with the results. A tried and true
recipe sounds awesome.

  Thanks J

  Lisa,
I don't bake those types of bread. What I bake is for my DH, who won't eat
crusty bread, will not eat anything but white bread, no whole grain, not even
partial whole grain, and wouldn't touch sourdough bread with a pole. If you
want a good recipe for regular old white bread, I can send you the one I use in
the bread machine. Haven't baked anything else since the machine arrived.

  Hi Sol,

Would you be willing to share a couple of your best bread recipes?

I have yet to master the art of making bread the way you can get it from a
bakery (baguettes, French, scalia, sourdough etc.)

tsp.
2. I see CS in Health Stores, 10, 20, 400, PPM. I'm still trying to comprend
the differenct of the sizes of 10,20, 400 PPM.s

CSA Layman's Guide to Using Colloidal Silver

2010-01-14 Thread Kathy Tankersley
Someone on the list said they were new to CS, and ask if anyone had info on its
use. I found this article, which I think is good, so am forwarding it on.

Re: CSCS in humidifier.lung mucous

2010-01-11 Thread Kathy Tankersley
I too have lung problems, asthma, etc. One lung doctor said that I had COPD,
(the word scares me to death) I find that I have a build up of mucus mostly in
the winter. I've been taking CS to keep the infection going from my throat to
my lungs and so far that has worked. But I'm wondering now if I shouldn't try
the fenugreek herb -thanks for the tip. Kathy

A steam humidifier will distill the CS out ,which is not the way to go.A cool
mist ultrasonic, nebulizer type is what is needed.
I have a weakness in my lungs which over-produces mucous. This can and did
lead to a build-up in them. This led to Bronchial pneumonia and the inevitable
ABX,with all the attendant problems.
Using the above type humidifier with CS/EIS did stop that go 'round very
successfully.
I later learned that Fenugreek was very good at reducing the production of
mucous. This was through finding that my situation was related to Cystic
Fibrosis in which Fenugreek now plays a beneficial role.
Since incorporating the herb,as a capsule, in my regimen,it has been a very
long time since I've had to resort to the humidifier.

  Harold
