CSRest in Peace, Starshar

2012-02-16 Thread ransley

After a long illness, our beloved Starshar, Sharon Morrissey of West
Chester, Pennsylvania, has passed. Her sister told me that she passed
peacefully on Tuesday.

For several years now she has passed on a great deal of her saved medical
knowledge to me and it has often been of great benefit.

She had wrestled increasingly with pain for a long time and everything she
tried seemed to cause a reaction that her wracked body could no longer
tolerate. A few months ago she got the news that she had some kind of
pervasive cancer. She chose only palliative care. I will only say that there
were other reasons that she decided not to fight. She had fought all she
could. Besides, she had an insatiable curiosity about all matters spiritual
and the other side; not morbidly so, but ready to see for herself.

While I will rage against the dying of the light, it's not that way for
everyone and I accept that. From the first of her revelation to myself and a
few others of her condition and wishes for a peaceful end to her journey, I
decided to be supportive of her no matter what.

I will miss her, no matter that I never physically met her or even spoke
directly with her. Sometimes printed words are enough and hers certainly
were.

CSNeed expert advice ASAP

2011-12-09 Thread ransley

To everyone who knows about our challenging past 2 years and 9 months since
Glenda found the lump in her breast, we send this out and ask for any expert
advice on what to do when a large tumor is expelled from the body.

Please don't take this wrong, but please don't inundate me with well-meant
cancer advice right now. It looks like we've won or are very well on our way
to winning now. What we are apparently facing now is the aftermath- it looks
like the tumor is dead or quickly dying and is about to be expelled. That is
bound to leave a hole and we need to know what to do next.

But first- here's what happened this morning...

Just to backtrack a bit, we forced the tumor to the surface first with
inhaled hydrogen peroxide, then with nebulized hydrogen peroxide, then with
nebulized saline that was treated with a NightHawk Water Stone to make radon
and ozone, then we combined that 50-50 with hydrogen peroxide. The real
kicker was Iodine Cataphoresis. That really forced it to open up and stay
open and drain out. I have been updating my document about IC and if anyone
has the old one, you should ask me for the updated version. Anyone else who
wants it, just ask but do so directly to me at ransley at atmc dot net.

Since this thing really opened up, we kept it covered during the workday
with zinc oxide ointment on bandages, then we applied a poultice at night of
green clay and charcoal (there have been numerous other poultices used, but
this one worked best with an open draining ulcer).

We kept seeing a white surface inside the opening. We thought that was
remnants of zinc oxide or flesh exposed to air. Most people who have read
much about alternative medicine have run across the idea in the last few
years that a tumor is white. Apparently, that is what we were looking at all
along and didn't know it until this morning. All of a sudden, after she took
a shower and removed the clay and charcoal, this thing was a dull yellowish
color and looked shriveled and dry. All of a sudden, there was no drainage
or bleeding. She called to me- although not overtly in a commanding way, but
any man who has been long married knows that there is something in that call
that says Husband Come Here Now.

She said- what we've been seeing is the tumor. As she made a twisting
move, I suddenly saw the flesh at the edge of the hole make a gap as it
separated from the tumor. First time that's ever happened and it didn't
bleed. I immediately knew that meant that flesh and tumor were disengaging
from each other.

The hole is presently the size of a nickel (US 5 cent coin) and is fairly
circular.

This thing is going to come out and pretty soon I think. What we need to
know now is...

If it doesn't come out right away all in one piece, what kind of external
treatment might dissolve it?

No matter if it comes out in one piece, pieces or if we dissolve it and it
oozes out, there's going to be a cavity. I know enough to know not to
prematurely speed the closing of that cavity, that it must heal from the
inside out. What treatments would hasten that process without engendering
infection? We've avoided infection nicely so far.

Lastly- whatever suggestions we get must be cheap and simple. Not to bore
anyone with this, but we're hanging on by our financial teeth right now. Not
to worry, we never got much above our raising anyway and that raising was to
do the best you can with what you got. As the joke goes, we've done so much
for so long with so little that we're now qualified to do anything with
nothing ;)

Thanks for all the help so far and thanks in advance for any more.

DaddyBob

CSRadiation Hormesis for Lyme

2011-01-12 Thread ransley
We will never be able to prove that our youngest daughter, Emma, had Lyme
because we would not have her subjected to standard medical torture- er- uh-
treatment for Lyme. She picked deer ticks off of our beagle and a few weeks
later she was feeling sick and tired all the time and had a bull's eye rash
on her thigh. It was as simple as that. She had just turned 17 when we got
started treating it. This was fall of '05

We got huge results in the form of leopard-like spots that came out of her
and literally covered her body except her hands and feet, from using the
Salt-C protocol. But it was no cure as were several other things that we
tried. We kept the Lyme reasonably under control but she did develop
arthritis in 3 fingers and she had some dyslexic symptoms within a year.

We discovered Radiation Hormesis ala www.nighthawkminerals.com, told about
it by a friend while working on possible breast cancer for my wife. That's a
separate story. By early spring of 2010 we had actually met Jay Gutierrez
and Faye Cox (now married) and had come into possession of many more of
their products and were prepared to do battle with Lyme in that manner. We
got this started with her while she was still at college, 325 miles distant,
in late March or early April of 2010.

As it turned out, only the Kit was needed to defeat Em's Lyme. She wore
the carnotite pendant 24/7 except for bathing. She drank from a pint to a
quart daily of radon water made with the water stone. Both of these things
made her nauseous at first. We learned that's because Lyme survives in the
stomach lining. At first she would be nauseous for an hour or so from either
putting on the necklace or drinking the water. That decreased to a few
minutes of nausea. When she would remove the necklace to bathe then put it
back on, she would get a wave of nausea. Eventually drinking the water only
produced a wave of nausea.

She used the mudpack to sleep on, either over her stomach or under her
back. At first it produced some nausea too. She uses the green stones to
reduce pain in her fingers by sleeping with them taped to her fingers.

Eventually all nausea stopped. By July 2010 all her Lyme symptoms had left
her except some residual weakness in her 3 fingers and a small amount of the
dyslexia. She proudly proclaims that she has not had a Lyme Day since.
She's 22 now and finishing college this year and aiming for a Master's next.

To be totally fair and honest, she had continually kept the Lyme under a
reasonable amount of control by using Salt-C and Magnascent iodine and MSM
or DMSO but she and we knew that it was a losing battle so we never stopped
looking for a successful treatment for full remission. That treatment had to
be one that we could afford and would not disrupt her life. Radiation
Hormesis filled the bill all around. I suspect that if the disease had
progressed further then the treatment would have had more harsh effects and
the recuperation would have taken longer.

I have attempted to spread this news around but I have other things on my
plate. To date I personally know of no one else who has done it. The few
I've told have apparently ignored it. Most people freak out over any idea of
radon or radiation. They're not to blame because they have been conditioned
to do so by our scientific and medical establishment.

If you have Lyme and want to consider this but are afraid to jump in, then
first buy the book Because People Are Dying and learn the truth,
particularly about how the EPA has known the truth about the GOOD health
effects of radon for many years and have hidden that truth. You'll find that
around page 40 of the book. Honestly, I never even read it any farther.
Right then, when I read that, I put the book down and got to work.

We will never be able to prove that Em does not now have Lyme just like
we'll never be able to prove that she had it. We did not waste our money or
time with the medical establishment and their inconclusive and expensive
tests. We know what happened and that's all we need to know. Let him who has
ears, hear.

Radiation Hormesis is not a cure all just like nothing else is. We did try
CS for Lyme but got nowhere. We use CS primarily to ward off any kind of
stomach ailment and colds and flu and have used it very successfully for
many other things in the past. In the past we had astounding success with
nebulizing CS for bronchitis and pneumonia but now we never even get such
things anymore with all that we've learned about avoiding them. Radiation
Hormesis however has not been good for the things we use CS for. We've had
both success and failures with RH just like we have had with CS. It's all
just part of my health arsenal now, which includes a heckuva lot of other
things.

Some of you may see this post on some other groups, maybe edited a bit
differently. I have got to trim down my participation in any Lyme related
groups now. Like I said I have other things on my plate. This one appears to
be over and done

RE: CSPrecipitating calcium before distillation

2011-01-11 Thread ransley
It was a typo. Should have said sodium carbonate.

Now about that sodium...I assume you're trying to avoid sodium for blood
pressure control. Counteract it by taking a little potassium bicarbonate.
Available in wine making hobby stores.

I used to have terrific BP problems. I have beat them with various forms of
vitamin C from drinking lemon-juice-water per Carey Reams to making and
taking homemade Liposomal C per Brooks Bradley.

A while back I got into some BP trouble while experimenting with taking
sodium bicarbonate for something. Believe me it will raise your BP faster
that salt will. Chuck King and Starshar suggested I bring it down with
potassium. Potassium bicarb was what I had and the effects were FAST.

I can eat all the salt I want now with no BP increase but I don't eat common
table salt, only salts that still have the other minerals left in. Salt is
your friend and it's BP effects can be controlled/counteracted by other
means. I nearly offed myself a few summers ago by the simple act of not
salting my food while I worked outside in high 90's heat. My heart nearly
stopped. I was literally blacking out from missed heartbeats. It took a long
time for me to figure out that I desperately needed salt.

CSPrecipitating calcium before distillation

2011-01-03 Thread ransley
For years I wanted my own water distiller but I knew that my calcium
carbonate loaded water would prematurely destroy one. We have to vigorously
clean any pot after boiling water in it and have to religiously descale the
coffee maker. I also wanted to build my own larger scale water distiller but
the same problem applied- not worth the money and trouble because of the
rapid calcium buildup.

I have finally found two methods that will bring this closer to reality for
me but have very practical applications already.

I now de-calcify nearly all our drinking water. We do it in the common 5
gallon polycarbonate water jugs thusly:

The secret precipitating agent is not at all a secret- it's calcium
carbonate- plain old washing soda. It's still made by Arm Hammer and can
be bought on eBay if you can't find it locally. The dose for my water is
about 1/2 teaspoon per gallon. Stir in and dissolve well and watch the
calcium cloud the water then fall to the bottom of the jug. About 24 hours
later, siphon off with a small tube and through a funnel with several coffee
filters. I use my filters over many times.

Concerned about non-food grade calcium carbonate? Make your own. Spread some
baking soda out in a pan and bake it at 350F for 2-2.5 hours.

This preemptive process should add much life to any distiller.

The best calcium cleaning solution I ever used in a coffee maker will
probably work fine for distillers too: Standard 5% white vinegar to which I
add powdered citric acid until it turns yellow.

Straight is called neat in EO speak. You can only use it neat on the soles

CSPlantar fasciitis, was DMSO, to Lisa

2010-10-11 Thread ransley
So are you saying that using oil of cloves rubbed on one's foot for
plantar fasciitis will help relieve the pain (with the possibility of a
brief bout of painful urination)?

Yes. I am using the Oil of Cloves from www.studioproducts.com, actually sold
as a fine art paint additive. They sent me a bottle to try with an order of
their triple distilled turpentine. I asked around what it was good for and
Chuck told me that it was good for the kind of pain like being hit in the
face with a brick;)

Well that was a pretty good description of my foot pain sometimes so I
rubbed some on and began to get immediate relief. To cut it all short, I
found out that it worked as good and dried faster when mixed with Miracle II
Neutralizer Gel. Just cover the bottom of a shot glass with M2 Neut Gel, add
a FEW drops of Clove oil, mix with finger until emulsified, and apply to
foot.

Warning: Any infections in the body will begin dying. I still get a very
mild reaction in my right sinus and upper jaw joint area from it. The first
urination after application may burn. That can happen within 30 seconds.
Clove oil goes through the skin and throughout the body as fast as or faster
than DMSO but it smells good and you don't taste it.

Anything else you used specifically for the PF?

A grounding pad at my feet as I sleep, and 2 of Peter Kulish's regular
magnets, in a sock, one one each side of foot, green side in.

I have tired many other things including many rubbings with DMSO and took
lots of various and sundry superfoods and supplements including recently a
lot of Knox gelatin but nothing gave me the pain relief that I got from Oil
of Cloves.

I do think though that the magnets and grounding add much to the actual
healing, but do not give the pain relief of the Clove oil.

Wash hands afterward. Do NOT get Clove oil in eyes!

The clove oil can create a herx if you are carrying something because it
is a powerful anti-microbial.

Yes, definitely.

If you use any homeopathics it will antidote them.

Didn't know that, good to know because my wife is going to try a new
homeopathic remedy so we'll suspend Cloves oil while trying it.

Doesn't the M2 gel have a lot of magnesium in it? That could also be
helping to relax your tissues.

Already get plenty of mag, Clove oil worked without the gel, the gel just
helps it to absorb and dry faster.

You might want to look at a shoe insert that holds your arches properly
as 'foot fatigue' can contribute to plantar fasciitis as well.

Done that inside out and upside down, did have to use gel arch support when
it was at it's worst but got past that.

Something else- try dissolving the B12 (and other B's) in a little DMSO,
then add that to grape juice, then take that on an empty stomach. Works MUCH

mixing L-Ascorbic Acid with sodium bicarbonate to make sodium ascorbate and

RE: CSDeodorant

2010-10-10 Thread ransley
I've been using zinc oxide (Desitin) for years now as my only deodorant. I
can't tell any kind of excess zinc uptake symptoms from it and I actually
take supplemental zinc from time to time to help heal various sprains and
such.

Now I DO have a problems with tingling mild numbness in both left hand and
left foot but both are old problems from old injuries and drinking enough
water helps both; they both come back to full feeling most of the time.

The hand goes numb when I sleep, it's from a neck injury and the feeling
comes back with water and movement. The foot goes numb from too much walking
especially in certain shoes, it's a hip injury and the feeling comes back
with rest.

Nope, don't think zinc is causing it.

BTW, in winter sometimes I can skip a day of underarm Desitin or maybe even
two days if it's cold enough and I don't sweat. The action lasts that long
even with daily washing so long as I don't over-scrub the underarms.

I used to have a terrible, awful problem with underarm odor. I used to have
to trim my underarm hair every month all year round. With my first taking of
ionic silver back in 2000, that was fixed, and from then on it was just
regular common daily bacterial underarm odor that I had to deal with. After
that I was able to control it with Mennen Speed Stick deodorant only, not
anti-per spirant.

And then I tried many alternatives to save money and stop filling up the
landfill with plastic. Zinc oxide in any form is cheap cheap cheap as a
deodorant. One tube lasts many months. My next trick will be to get a pound
of the powder and make my own with some mild oil or petrolatum.

Only one downer I've found- Zinc Oxide mixed with sweat on certain manmade
fiber shirts can actually make an odor that mimics bacterial underarm odor.
It's not bad, it leaves as soon as it dries, and it's on the fabric, not the
skin.

Excessive zinc absorption can cause nerve problems. [ Numbness or

reason...but it takes long term exposure to absorb zinc faster than it can
be eliminated and skin doesn't absorb anything as fast as a palate.

Typical scare tactic crap from the white coated priests. I have been rubbing
DMSO on my right foot for weeks to both relieve pain and accelerate healing.
It was actually not very effective for my severe plantar fasciitis but the

too much to relieve this pain. If this were true then you would end up with
a numb spot.

BTW, Oil of Cloves DID work, and I discovered it is much more potent at

CSTurpentine- suggested protocol

2010-09-08 Thread ransley
I'm trying to make this as definitive, concise and up to date as my
experience will allow.

This is blunt. The whole protocol is blunt. I mean this protocol kills
disease like killin' snakes as we say here. This is for people who really
want to get well and are not in love with their diseases and conditions.

Do NOT do this if you have known kidney problems.

You simply means me and is only a figure of speech. I'm talking to myself
here and what anyone else does is their own business.

I'm not going to rehash how to identify all possible variations of
turpentine out there. It must be made from wood, NOT petroleum. It should be
made from pine, not other light woods, but any wood turpentine will do for
starters. Pure pine turpentine works MUCH better, as I just found out 4-5
hours ago. I will not discuss the new pine source publicly, you must contact
me off group for that. Please do not post the source publicly.

Turpentine kills disease so fast that you WILL HURT from taking it and you
will have die-off effects. Always skip a day between doses.

Maximum dose is 2 teaspoons inside of 7 days.

Turpentine MUST BE TAKEN ON GRANULATED SUGAR. Do not argue. No other
sweeteners. Don't ask and don't do it. Don't use powdered sugar. Don't use
large grain raw sugar because it won't absorb the turpentine.

If you are really sick you can start with brown sugar because it will not be
as effective as on white sugar. However for maximum effect it has to be
taken on WHITE SUGAR. Don't ask, don't argue, just do it. After you get
comfortable taking it on brown, you have to switch to white sugar. There is
also merit to the idea of starting this with Wood turpentine since its
effects are not as strong as good pine turpentine.

Sugar cubes are ok to start with but quickly become a problem to chew and
swallow at larger doses.

There must ALWAYS be some dry sugar after you add the turpentine to it. If
your sugar is completely soaked with turpentine sprinkle more sugar on it
until some stays dry.

Always wash it down with pure water, nothing else.

You can start out taking it after eating a small meal to help defray any
initial nausea from any disease in the stomach lining. You must however
mover towards taking it on a totally empty stomach 8 hours minimum after
eating,

It matters how sick you are to start with. If you are quite ill, you should
start with a DROP. You stay at a dose until you no longer feel effects, two
drops, then 3 and so on, then 1/8 teaspoon, then 1/4, then 1/2 and finally
one full teaspoon.

Put sugar on a large spoon, add turpentine on to the sugar. When you get to
full teaspoon doses you may need a large serving spoon.

When you get to the serious end of this, using full teaspoons of turpentine
on white sugar on a totally empty stomach, do not eat for at least 2-3 hours
after taking it, but you can drink hot liquids. However, be aware that hot
liquids will then potentiate the fumes that are still rumbling around in
you. It's all over in a few hours. Turpentine is fully metabolized and
excreted in 20 hours.

Sometimes you will have chemical-smelling BM's afterward. It is assumed this
is die-off, particularly aldehydes from fungus. Especially in the early days
of doing this you may get kidney aches. Govern yourself accordingly. Back
off, drink lots of water and take sodium bicarbonate.

There are many detox protocols that go well with this, taken no sooner
though than 12 hours after a dose so as not to clean out the turpentine too
soon. We have found that following up with oral MSM or DMSO go well with
this but do NOT take them with the turpentine. It needs no help. It would be
wise to have done an MSM and/or DMSO detox first.

Do I need to say don't do this with any scrip drugs in your system? I hope
not.

DaddyBob

CSLoblolly Turpentine

2010-09-08 Thread ransley
We've hit the Mother Lode of turpentine info!

I just got off the phone with the seller of the really high quality
turpentine that I just got and took this morning.

He is, to say the least, enthusiastic about his product. He figured
something was up when he saw orders start coming in and he actually called
Sharon/Starshar to ask why she ordered. It went from there to me calling him
and talking for, well, long enough for my ear to get numb;)

Once again, we should not name him or his company publicly, we should just
pass the link off-groups privately. He will not be taking part in any public
discussions to protect his own interests. He was already fully aware of the
alphabet agency problem and was already aware that turpentine is highly
coveted by some people who are in the know as to its medicinal qualities.

Some misconceptions to clear up though... It's not from Georgia. The pine
trees most likely originally came from Georgia but were transplanted to
Honduras especially for the making of high quality pine resin products. He

understanding is that Slash pine is a different subspecies of Southern
Yellow Pine. Well, all four of the subspecies are known to make the best
turpentine so what the heck.

RE: CSTurpentine- suggested protocol (UNCLASSIFIED)

2010-09-08 Thread ransley
Would this work for toe nail problems.

Probably, but you may have to do it internally and externally. You can mix
turp and sugar and apply it externally but you don't dare bandage it or it
will leach the turp out of the sugar and it will burn skin that way. Yeah, I
did it. External protocol is usually 2/3 castor oil and 1/3 turpentine,
leave on as long as you like and bandaging is ok with that mix. I have a
daughter using that facially right now to clear acne.

RE: CSTurpentine

I'm playing catch-up after getting back home and canning corn, okra and
tomatoes

Anyone who wishes to learn more about my experience with turpentine should
join my group:
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/Crock_Lakhovsky/

Not trying to gain members or followers, just don't have as much time to
post all across a lot of groups like I used to. Also don't have time to
rehash everything I've gone through and learned since I started
experimenting with turpentine in late May. If you join the group and go to
the files, look for the Turpentine file and you should find a pdf of all the
turp discussions in June, and maybe from the very start, that was very
diligently and thoughtfully compiled by Rowena Evans. She's planning to do
the same for the July discussions.

My own experiment with it is drawing to a end because it has apparently done
for me what nothing else ever did, finally get rid of just about everything
that was making me sick. It as not been without drawbacks but I've mostly
figured those out. However, my wife is still using it and may be for some
time. Same for at least one of my children. I will be posting about all that
as time goes by.

This is NOT for anyone and everyone to rush into willy-nilly. This emerging
protocol is so powerful that it will make you HURT. There is also a fine
line between therapy and poisoning with turpentine. Caveat Emptor.

One more thing-

If you are like me, a learning addict, then you better jump all over any
info about turpentine from using it to making it as fast as you can. There
is no turpentine made commercially in the US anymore, hasn't been since
2001. With the decline of the dollar and various other events on this globe,
who knows how long we will import it. China supposedly stop exporting it and
what we're getting now may be mostly from Brazil.

The old time way to make it can be learned at
http://www.valdosta.edu/turpentine/ You better grab that info because budget
problems in Georgia may shut that site down. The first video called
Capping no longer works but I found it at YouTube.

My experience has been that this has been the far best thing I have ever
done for infection, particularly fungal. Right now it is still very simple,
easy and cheap to do. If turpentine disappears from the marketplace or is
purposefully adulterated, I've already figured out how to make my own from
the aforementioned site.

I'm still here. OK, yes, I have done oodles and bookoos of alternative
alternative things for 11 years this summer to get rid of the infections
that were plaguing me. The last one was a fungal infection that I caught in
the summer of 2003, a really mean, slow growing and tenacious thing. I
suspect it of also being the thing that has caused a lump in my wife's left
breast.

I am short for time now, we're soon leaving for the weekend and I can't
explain it all that quick. There is someone else who actually gave me the
info to start with. If that person decides to say something, then y'all go
at it. I'll see if I can take part in any discussion this generates when I
return.

Yes, it's turpentine, plain old turpentine that you buy in a hardware store.
It is by far the most effective thing I've ever done but it is most
certainly not without drawbacks and undesirable effects. Most of those are
from the extreme die-off of pathogens. I've had plenty of Herxheimer
reactions before, but the Herx from turpentine can knock you off your feet,
and no it's not from turpentine poisoning IF YOU ARE CAREFUL AND DO IT
CORRECTLY.

Brooks-

My wife and I have had a lot of success making and taking our own Lipo-C by
your methods and thank you very much for all the work you do and post here.

I understand that you have mostly nixed the idea of using common kitchen
blenders for this purpose but I wonder if the same opinion extends to very
high speed blenders such as the Vita Mix?

I recently purchased a nearly unused 30 year old Vita Mix 3600 for $10 in a
thrift store. It would please me no end to be able to utilize it in this
fashion and pass my ultrasonic cleaner on to our youngest daughter, with
Lyme, at college.

RE: CSOT boron and borax

Does anyone know of any negatives regarding the use of borax as a dietary
source of boron??? Have read that just one joint of the index finger coated
with borax and popped into the mouth will give enough boron to suffice for
daily needs. Need confirmation as to this information. tia pj

I've done it for a few years now, no negatives particular to the borax and
finger method, except this- I did three different methods to the edge of
excess just to see what would happen. I separately did the finger in the
borax, took a boron supp, and drank a lot of Bragg vinegar (organic apples
are rich in boron). All three, to excess, gave a funny feeling after about
2 weeks. Boron is not something to overdo, a little goes a long way. The
borax method is my favorite. DaddyBob

RE: CSLiposomal Vitamin C

2009-09-30 Thread ransley
Not pretending to be any expert at this, and giving credit where it's due to
Brooks, Chuck and Del, here's an update to my own instructions that I used
again just yesterday:

UC: Ultrasonic cleaner (jewelry cleaner) I use the small cheap one from
Harbor Freight.

Any water for such a project, distilled or not, I always treat it with a
Blue Stirwand.

http://www.quantumbalancing.com/stirwand.htm

I am presently using NOW granular soy lecithin. Lewis Labs also makes it. No
one has yet shown me another non-soy granular lecithin that will work. If
anyone finds it, I’d love to know about it. Liquid lecithin will not work
because of oil in it.

I use non-GMO, non corn L-Ascorbic Acid from www.vitamincfoundation.org .

In a blender, 1 cup of distilled water + 3 level tablespoons of granular soy
lecithin, blend well until no granules are visible, OR shake this in a jar
or “Blender Bottle” until dissolved. Do not let it set.

Dissolve 1 tablespoon of C powder in ½ cup DW. (alternative- add 1 teaspoon
sodium bicarbonate and let it fizz and dissolve to make 2/3 Sodium Ascorbate
for encapsulation)

Combine both in the UC, turn it on and stir it gently with a straw, not
touching the actual interior of the UC. Run it for 3 cycles.

Pour it out of the UC into a half gallon pitcher for the next step.

(Drop this next step if you made sodium ascorbate previously)
Add ¾ teaspoon of baking soda to the 3 ounces of DW and stir or shake a bit.
Add this to the mix in the pitcher.
It will foam a lot. Let the head go down before decanting into the final
container.

Refrigerate.

I don't want to just blithely call this a Herx, but most likely you have
pathogens fleeing the onslaught of the Lipo-C and going to the skin to try

RE: CSiodine allergy?

2009-09-03 Thread ransley
Chuck-

I rarely say never but this time I meant it. I will never accept that there
is such a thing as an iodine allergy. More about that herein. In the
meantime, I can totally accept that your wife has a reaction to Betadyne,
which is a pharmacological product, not elemental iodine or a natural iodine
compound. There are iodine products which are known to be poisonous with
continued use such as amiodarone and the dyes used for myelograms. No
argument there.

Sol-

I am well aware of your iodine problem and that you have been pronounced
with an allergy by the medical establishment. When I posted my assertion I
knew you would respond to it. I was not baiting you but I knew that you
would rise to this. I have never had a quarrel with you and don't wish to
now but...

Consider this- that you have allowed someone else, an Expert, to tell you
who and what you are, instead of deciding for yourself that, yes, I have a
problem, but I'm going to find a way around it.

And, by being adamant that there is such a thing and that there is no way
around it but extreme avoidance, that you may be standing in someone else's
path of healing.

I maintain that you have not found the way around it yet. I'll be the very
first to admit that reactions to iodine can be extreme because I had extreme
reactions to it for a very long time.

I have never let a doctor tell me anything is incurable, unbeatable, etc and
I have beaten many things that they said could not be beaten. I was told
that I would have to have a lumbar disckectomy and a double cervical
diskectomy about 6 years ago but I have beaten most of that and re-gained
3/4 of previously lost height. Nope the doctors aren't going to tell me a
thing that I don't want to hear.

I am convinced that my wife has some argyria in her fingernails. Do you see
me harping against CS/EIS anywhere? Actually, she still uses it in
emergencies, just not prophylactically.

My proposition to you is that you should try to start finding ways to beat
the problem, not defend your limitations. Other than that, it's your
business.

But I'll say it again. I will NEVER accept that there really is such a thing
as an iodine allergy in humans.

I waited to post this after Steve Foss sent his message on the subject. Yes,
I'm aware that iodine allergy is supposed to be quite common, but again,
I'll never accept it. There's a way out. I may not know it, you may not know
it, but there's a cure, a fix, some how some where some way. Same for
sunlight allergies.

That brings up our experience with vitiligo, a well know incurable
condition. I had a Doctor to stiffen his back at me once when I doubted his
word that there was no cure. It took years but we did find a doctor who was
able to cause a significant regeneration of skin pigment on our son's neck
and arms. (Don't anyone quiz me too much on this, that was before PC's, the
doctor moved and I lost all the info.)

BTW Steve- The Lew Rockwell article is really good. My wife is well over 100
mgs a day of iodine right now and we've been thinking about going higher so
this article really interested me.

CSiodine allergy?

some people are allergic to iodine and shouldn't take supplements of it.
dee

I'll never believe that, or at least not that way. I'm not denying that
REACTIONS don't occur but they can be from a plethora of reasons other than
actual allergy. We are all born with a gland that needs iodine so how could
we ever be truly allergic to it? There is something else going on, maybe a
lot of somethings else but I think allergy/allergic is entirely the wrong
wording. I have had many, many reactions to iodine that could have been
wrongly interpreted as allergy. I'm so glad I forged ahead with it.

What I do is dissolve the three tablespoons of lecithin granules in a cup of

Same thing with the ascorbic acid crystals (1 tablespoon in 4 oz of water).

CSC grows on trees

Hey folks-

I have so much going on that I just can't be everywhere and had to drop

but I will sooner or later.)

Someone forwarded Brooks' post to me and, because of my wife's issue with a
breast tumor, I was nearly ecstatic about it. A friend and I have ordered a
case of Livon Labs Liposomal C and we're splitting it. Friend has a retail
business and license so Livon sold wholesale to her, but be it known that
they won't do that unless you can prove you have a retail biz.

Another friend found out that our local Harbor Freight store has the
ultrasonic cleaner on sale right now and she's getting one for me and one
for herself today.

Now about C growing on trees...Yes it really does and most of you will be
stunned to learn just how easy it is to come by: pine needles. Any species.
Google pine, needles, vitamin C, tea, soup. I was originally sent this info
by the same friend who alerted me to Brooks recent post (Thanks Renee!) but
I forgot about it. My recent focus on my wife's health, plus my general
interest in survival, made me start looking around again for what would be
the best source of C in a SHTF scenario. Well here in the eastern Carolinas,
that sure won't be a problem. A handful of pine needles has as much C as 5-6
lemons. White pine is supposed to be the best but any pine will do. We are
overrun with Loblolly here.

You can eat them but who wants to do that. Best to make a tea.

Cedar is supposed to be nearly as good.

It seems they would have a strong, resin taste ?

I haven't done it yet but will try to do it soon...

The needles are edible, directly, but of course we're not ruminants and not
set up to efficiently digest such. You bring water to a boil, remove heat,
throw in needles and let steep for a few minutes. Google pine tea or pine
soup and you'll find several recipes.

The resin is in the wood, not the needles.

CSSudden UTI Success

2009-06-22 Thread ransley
Friday evening 6-19-09:

My wife wasn't feeling too good when she got home and said she felt
irritated down there. She has been taking 75-100 mgs of Lugol's for her
breast lump then early this week switched over to Magnascent when we got the
new 16 oz bottle of 2%. Eventually it came to light tonight that she made a
mistake and was taking 10 drops 3 times a day instead of 5 drops, since we
are using 2%, not 1% Magnascent. Friday we also got our first bottle of
Cayce/Hoxsey Blood Cleanser from John at Magnascent and she took her first
1/2 tsp before supper.

By 9:30 she had a full blown UTI. I think all the iodine was forcing the
bacteria out of her system into her bladder. By 9:45 she was worried about
having to go to the ER for emergency ABX's. It was obvious to me that iodine
was not the cure, at least not this time.

I went to the computer to look up my files on UTI and found Brooks Bradley's
suggestions for Colloidal Silver, Gatorade and DMSO.

She started on 1 oz CS every 5 minutes, then I ran to the store for some
Gatorade and she mixed and drank about 2 oz every 5 minutes of 1/3 CS, 2/3
Gatorade and one drop of DMSO. By 10:30 it was not getting any worse which
was real good
news. 10:45 she took two Alka-Seltzer, supposed to be good for a UTI but not
advertised as such.

I got her some cranberry juice but she had not taken it yet as of 10:55.
(She didn't take it at all that night.)

By 11 pm it was not getting worse. She went to bed by midnight with
irritation slightly decreased.

Sometime during the night it was almost all over. By Saturday morning she
still had just a little twinge or irritation. By Sunday it was gone
altogether.

This is the first such sudden UTI she has had since we have been into
alternatives, for 10 years now. Before, she could have a UTI attack
anywhere, anytime and would have to call her doctor to get an emergency ABX
scrip.

I think this happened because of iodine and MSM together forcing out dormant
pathogens, which were not going to leave without putting up a fight.

Craig-

THANKS VERY MUCH for that!

Ok, you've triggered something now so here's the onslaught...

Although we are very active iodine takers, taking both Magnascent and
Lugol's, having definitely found that there is a need and use internally for
both energized/ionic/monoatomic iodine (singular atom iodine that does not
often occur naturally) AND potassium iodide (2/3 of the content of any
Lugol's solution of any strength), I had not heard yet about that particular
protocol and I can assure you we will give it a go. We have plenty of
Lugol's on hand, having been able to purchase some 5% and 7% before the laws
were changed. I also know where to get crystalline K Iodide and that is
totally legal.

Questions:

In the taking of Lugol's, do you think that it is the I2 doing the work, or
the KI, or both?
(I know that KI is needed for the normalization of breast, heart and
prostate, at the very least.)

Also, what are the other supps suggested?

BTW, I am on that iodine list but have missed this somehow. Stephanie is
doing a dynamite job over there. She must be able to type 1000wpm.

More to come in Iodine part 2...

On the iodine list I belong to, this is reported again and again by
women...and it also has happened with my wife who is 56, after ten days at
25mg.

The treatment is simple, although not without side effects from the detox.
The detox is the result of the iodine displacing the other halogens from the
body: fluorine, bromine and chlorine. There are additional supplements
required.

There is a huge body of research on taking high dosage iodine, that has been
done with little or no downside...except for the detoxing side effects. I
have been taking 50mg for eight months...my age spots have disappeared, skin
has become softer and my gray hair is turning back to a light blonde...and
my hypothryoidism is under control with just the iodine (I am 62).

active...and the list owner is quick to stop any off-topic discussion due to
the volume.

RE: CSThe nocebo effect

2009-05-20 Thread ransley
Just a doctor telling someone they are going to die can kill them. The
modern witch doctors wear white coats and carry stethoscopes.

HEAR, HEAR!

We are working on dissolving a lump in my wife's left breast that I think is
a fibroadenoma. That's a big word for a fibrous tumor, usually benign
.
The White Coated Priest did a needle biopsy, The Priest's assistant, (the
pathologist) did not find cancer but said he *thinks* there could be some
cancer (big DUH, since we all can have cancer found in our bodies on any
given day). The Priest came back to us and solemnly intoned his judgment,
that he *thinks* she might have cancer and she needs to go under the knife
right away.

IT SCARED THE LIVING CRAP OUT OF HER and boy did I ever have my hands full
with her emotions then.

Now for the good news. It scared her straight. She has never been so
serious about her health and now, 6-7 weeks later, it is really beginning to
show. The lump is smaller now but if it is indeed a fibroadenoma, its going
to take a long time to dissolve completely.

In the meantime- there really is a potion to deal with emotion and we're
both taking it, but that's a subject to go off list.

I knew not to go to the Priest. I knew what he would say. Thou must have an
exorcism by scalpel then thou must be subjected to fire and poison to be
purified.

What I didn't count on was what it would do to her to hear it.

CSRE: Calcium deposits

DaddyBob recently posted on his success at using several magnesium based
protocols to do so.

Of course I'll be never be able to say exactly what did and did not happen,
especially since I had no before and after images, but I do *think* that
magnesium bicarbonate via the 2 powders method, did remove some
calcification in my brain.

Of course it is akin to using a roto-rooter to do so and often felt like
it;)

When you get a chance would you please describe what you're doing with
(digestive enzymes), as well as product source and maybe pointers to
information you've found useful? I think either or both of these therapies
may end up being part of my own path to recovery.

Hey Mike-

Sorry to take so long, been out of town for a few days.

Yes, on empty stomach, 2 hours minimum after eating anything and preferably
not having eaten too much at that time just to be sure. Sometimes 3-4 hours
since I was really serious about getting the best effect of this. I did it
at night merely because magnesium is calming and inducing of sleep and
because some of these effects demanded being still.

I have another reason for getting into enzymes. My wife has a breast lump
that was not diagnosed as cancerous, but the surgeon tried to scare her into
immediate surgery. We are limited in our options about that here especially
because of medical mega-corporations moving into the area. So we're going
alternative. Enzymes are part of what we're doing and I'm doing everything
she's doing just on general principle. Besides, I have a few lumps and such
scattered around and want to see what enzymes will do for them.

There are many excellent enzymes out there, so many that it is confusing,
but I was really impressed when Bragg's got into the act: www.braggzyme.com.
It seems to me that Bragg's doesn't get into something that they don't
totally believe in. I listened to the audio at that site by William Wong,
over and over and decided this was for me.

We ordered ours from Fubao Health Store in San Francisco and were pleased
with their price and their free shipping deal over $99. Delivery was timely.

My wife is eating raw Daikon Radish as part of her enzyme effort. Supposedly
they help disperse fibro-tumors. We are also considering Lumbrokinase which
is fairly new. I'd really like to hear from anyone who has taken it.

Hope this helps, Bob/DaddyBob

Why can't you just mix them together in water and then take them?

The method was hinted at by Mark Sircus in one of his newsletters. He seemed
to make it sound like he was going to expound on it in a book, but someone
who bought the book didn't find much more about it than his original hint.

He seemed to have something against the Seltzer MoM method and said that
the 2 powders method was more controllable. To me after my experience, that
would be like saying a pair of pliers is more controllable than tweezers.

Anyway I was already learning how efficacious the Seltzer MoM method was
at that time and was eager to try the new method after I was no longer
progressing with the original method.

So I just jumped in and figured it out for myself. I'm assuming that there
is a different reaction if you mix the two powders together in vitro rather
than in vivo. I experimented with the time interval and came up with the 3
minutes as optimal for my needs.

CSSynopsis of my experience with Magnesium Bicarbonate

2009-05-10 Thread ransley
I'm sending this to many groups. I apologize for all the duplication but
there are just too many good groups and not everyone can be on all of them.
This experience turned into so much more than I ever dreamed it would and it
was so incredibly easy and CHEAP that I have to relate it to as many as
possible. Besides, I've promised this to more people than I can remember now
so this is the best way to get back to them all.

Please do me a favor before emailing me with a question. Please read it
again to be sure I haven't already answered it. I'm terrifically busy these
days but if you have a question that I have not covered, I'll be glad to try
to help.

I have now done several months of Magnesium Bicarbonate ingestion, first by
the Seltzer MoM method, then by what I call the 2 powders method.

I will recap how to use the two different methods.

The methods at a glance:

1) 1 liter of Seltzer water chilled for minimum 2 hours, uncap and don't
shake, add 3 tablespoons Milk of Magnesia, shake well and check it and shake
it until there is no settlement. This is a concentrate. Suggested dilution
into distilled or purified drinking water (no chlorine) is 1/3 liter to one
gallon water.

2) Magnesium chloride flakes, grind to a powder, keep very dry and well
sealed in zip lock bag or good storage container with double sealing lid.
Start by taking on empty stomach, once daily, 1/8 teaspoon, wait 3 minutes,
take 1/8 teaspoon of baking soda. Be still for about 15 minutes when you
start doing this, taking note of any funny feelings. Work up to 1/4
teaspoon daily doses. I found no reason to go higher and actually found too
much to be detrimental to blood calcium levels.

First method is like a family car, but even then it's like a cantankerous
car. Second method is like a monster truck, not for the faint of heart.

Be aware that both can cause quite a bit of pain and discomfort in
calcifications lodged in the circulatory system and can do so within 15
minutes of ingestion. The second protocol is much more prone to do this. If
you do this, you take full responsibility for your own actions. There is the
possibility of EMBOLISMS. Fortunately I did not have that to happen.

Both can cause pain and even looseness in calcified joints after dissolving
that calcification. For alleviating that, you have to learn joint nutrition,
which is way too much to discuss here.

This helped greatly with my heart arrhythmias although I still needed more
iodine, especially potassium iodide, to beat that. I actually started down
this road to alleviate heart arrhythmias. Boy did I ever get more than I
bargained for and it was a really good bargain.

This helped with my blood pressure although the primary thing that lowered
my BP was my focus on both natural and supplemental forms of vitamin C. I'm
55, still overweight, but my BP is running 125 or less over 80 or less.
Lately I've seen it as low as 120/78. I just could not have believed this
would happen a couple of years ago. Back then I was regularly at 155-165
over 80-90.

The first method did wonders for my left hip though for two days it made
that hip hurt exquisitely; I'm very accustomed to the idea of No pain no
gain. It will HURT when calcifications are dissolving.

I continued on with the second method when the first was obviously doing
nothing else for me. Boy was I ever NOT disappointed. Everything after this
point is about the TWO POWDERS METHOD.

On two separate occasions, I felt something happening in my head, in my
brain. I knew it was my brain because there was no pain. All I can say is
that it was a weird feeling and that the brain gets calcified too. Those two
instances were by far the scariest thing that happened to me. They happened
on successive nights (I did this mostly at night) and never happened again.
They happened when I was taking 1/4 tsp of the 2 powders.

Honestly, the first time that head thing happened it scared me pretty bad. I
thought OK Bubba you've really gone and done it now, you've given yourself
a stroke. Well for all I know it could have been a mini-stroke but there
were absolutely no negative effects otherwise. I just felt strange for a few
minutes, that's all. Everything still works.

I also had several instances of burning, near-pain sensations in my heart,
chest and carotid arteries. This was usually one place at time, one night at
a time. It seemed to start in my heart for a few night, then moved to my
carotids, then to my chest. Eventually I felt nothing at all from taking as
much as 1/2 tsp of each powder.

The effect on my left hip, which has been a problem for me for a very long
time, started with the MoM method. Surprisingly, that method yielded
probably 75% of the overall total of good effect that I got in my hip from
both methods. Now I have no pain in that hip to speak of anymore. Although I
can tell it is not as strong as my right, it's getting stronger almost
daily. For the most part, that hip is no longer a big drag on my life now.

I use Jeveda salt rocks, 1 part salt by weight to 4 parts water by weight.
Weighed in ounces this means 1 ounce of salt: 4 ounces water. (Must be
non-chlorinated.)

CSReams Lemon Water

2009-01-30 Thread ransley
Marshalee wrote: Whoa! Tell me quick, what is the lemon thing??

Here's how we did it...

First you need a citrus juicer. We have manual juicers to take with us when
we travel but at home we use an electric Proctor Silex, the best one for the
money that I've found. Check thrift stores, we got two for $5 each. Needed
some cleaning but I'm not lazy.

All lemons seem to work, big or small, bitter or sweet but the larger
sweeter ones sure are more pleasant.

Always do this on an empty stomach. Don't eat or drink anything for at least
15 minutes afterward.

I started with a half lemon first thing of a morning, cut the lemon and
wrapped the other half tightly in plastic wrap and a rubber band around the
cut edge, put it back in the fridge. Then I added about 8 ounces of water.

ALWAYS unchlorinated water!

After about 2 weeks I started doing the other half of the lemon in the
afternoon. From there I worked my way up to 2 whole lemons a day, 16 ounces
of water with each one.

My wife never went above a whole lemon in the morning and we both now do
fine with a whole lemon between us in the morning, 5-6 days a week.

CSswollen legs

2009-01-29 Thread ransley
If the cause of swollen legs is edema, then magnesium chloride did not help
my wife.

Inclined Bed Therapy did help her immediately. It also helped my painful
knees.

Then we discovered much later, while traveling and unable to sleep inclined,
that with or without IBT her legs and my knees were better. It took some
reading to understand why but eventually I learned that my knee pains were
edema too, just not seen as swelling. Then more reading made me realize that
edema is, at its core, scurvy.

We had taken up the Carey Reams lemon water protocol and made a morning
ritual out of it. That did away with our edema, both her swollen legs and my
painful knees.

CSLeslie- magnesium

2008-12-23 Thread ransley
Leslie wrote: I am looking for a good type magnesium to take. What is this
you took? Anyone with ideas. I have a magnesium chloride but think it is
achemical as it is melting and I have muscle spasms with it.

Leslie-

Your magnesium chloride isn't melting, it is hygroscopic, meaning it pulls
water to itself, it's pulling it out of the air, and it is turning into a
slurry. You must keep it well sealed and some containers work much better
than others at that.

Mag chloride does not do so well as an oral supplement. There are several
forms of magnesium that are better for oral use, the easiest, cheapest form
to get and take is magnesium citrate, available for a good price at
www.msm-msm.com. There are other forms that work better but will also cost
you more such as orotate and glycinate. Citrate gives you a lot of bang for
your buck.

Chloride form is better used as magnesium oil where you dilute it in 2 or
3 parts of water and rub it on, or use it for foot or whole body soaks;
magnesium chloride is best used transdermally.

I am familiar with how mag chloride can actually cause muscle spasms and
have had it to do that to my heart. That may be related to how other
chlorides will do the same thing but I don't know that. BTW your spasms may
be an indication of a need for the other three primary elements, sodium,
potassium or calcium, or may be a need for water.

OK, I'll let the cat out of the bag now, without much explanation yet, but
magnesium bicarbonate is BY FAR the BEST way I have yet taken magnesium,
with the best results and so far no bad side effects, especially no laxative
effect. It also is the CHEAPEST. I'm sure I'll eventually find the downside
but right now it's real good for me.

Recipe:

One liter of pure carbonated (seltzer) water, no other minerals or
sweeteners added. Generic is fine.
One bottle of Milk of Magnesia (MoM), generic is fine.
3 gallons (3- 1 gallon jugs) of drinking water, distilled is not necessary
(unless you're a calcium magnet like me, and most women are not) but it must
not be chlorinated and fluoridated.

Chill seltzer for 2-3 hours minimum.

After chilling the seltzer, don't shake it, uncap, add 3 tablespoons of MoM,
cap it, shake well, set it down. For the next 30 minutes shake it a bit
every time you see settlement, do this it until it clears.

Measure out ONE THIRD, 330 milliliters, and mix that into one gallon, or 3
liters + 660 ml. of drinking water. You need a container that holds over a
gallon for this.

Drink to your heart's content (literally, because it's wy good for the
heart) you'll find it surprisingly sweet tasting, but you better not go
anywhere important unless you can get to a bathroom for the first few hours.

After the initial flood of urination, the ionic magnesium begins to
penetrate your whole body and you will actually gain weight from
rehydration. Also, if you have anything that hurts, for a day or two it may
hurt worse while being detoxed.

Chuck-

I thought you were around and listening/reading when I went through all my
troubles with MMS. Who are you preaching to? I've had Humble's books from
the start. I've done MMS right side up, upside down, backwards, forwards and
sideways.

I've tried hard not to cause a controversy about it and I really can't
believe it's you saying this because you should remember what a time I had
with it; you were active on both MMS groups at the time.

I tried solving the problem at hand. It seemed to work, then I found out
that my infection was coming back no matter how much MMS I took.

MMS is dangerous. There, I said it, finally, and I'm not backing down from
it. I will never recommend it to anyone and you should remember that I was
as enthusiastic about it as anyone, about a year ago.

There are better ways to deal with sickness. MUCH better ways. I'm done with
MMS. Now I don't know what I'm going to do with the 2 kilos of sodium
chlorite I have because I bought into he idea that the FDA was going to take
it away. They don't have to. Too many people have wised up already.

I'm still glad I tried it because of what it showed me, but I'm sure not
glad of the damage it did to me.

People take note: take MMS at your own risk, the risk of destroying your
circulatory system.

RE: CSRemoving biofilm / MMS dangers

2008-12-22 Thread ransley
Nenah-

Early in my alternative turn I took H2O2 orally. It was burning (literally)
infections out of me right and left, then one day it made me so sick I
thought I would have to go to the ER. Never did that one again either.

I do agree that small amounts of MMS will probably be OK. Nevertheless, it
is not a healing agent and I have since found things that are, as I listed
before. I just think we'll all be better off to urge people to use things
that deal with infections without killing the host. Because of my
experience, which brought me once again to the edge of the ER several times,
I cannot in good conscience recommend MMS anymore.

It is difficult to convey in words just how bad my problems were after
taking MMS. At the time I said very little about it on any groups because I
didn't want to worry my e-friends and I sure didn't want to get in any
go-see-a-doctor arguments. I was scared! I couldn't walk 100' without
stopping to rest and recover from the pain in my chest and arms.

CoQ10 has most definitely been instrumental in my recovery. The plain bald
fact is that I think it probably saved my life one day when my heart was
very near stopping. Hawthorn has been a bit problematic for me. I have taken
Hawthorn berry supplements with no discernible effect. I have soaked dried
hawthorn berries in alcohol and eaten a couple of pounds of them with no
real discernible effect. However I did have a very discernible effect from
taking Cardi-Plant Pro which is a standardized hawthorn supplement made
from the leaves and bark, not the berries. I think the makers of that
product must know something the rest of us don't and I intend to get more of
it.

I've tried dozens of alternative substances to feed and nourish the heart.
Cayenne kept me going but the effects are temporary. I disagree with
Schulze's premise that cayenne can cure congestive heart disease, yet I
still take it nearly every day. Strauss drops are heavy on the hot stuff but
they have other things in there and I do intend to get some sometime.

My latest victory with my heart comes from homemade Magnesium Bicarbonate
Water and increased iodine; I am now taking orally both Magnascent and
Lugol's and the results of all three of these things has been tremendous. I
may not get to say much more about this for another week with all we have to
do with family right now, but when I do get ready to write it up I'll post
it here as well as some other groups.

Daddybob,

Thank you again for sharing with us your unfortunate experience with MMS.
The damage to your blood vessels reminds me of similar effects in people who
receive hydrogen peroxide IVs. Such IVs must be done with great care, and by
an experienced physician, as H2O2 can cause similar damage. Now I understand
why, as they apparently are similar compounds.

That said, small amounts of MMS may be okay for selected folks—indeed, I’ve
heard glowing testimonials from some users—but obviously, it’s not a “magic
bullet” or a “cure-all.”

Two very healing nutrients for the circulatory system and heart are Co
Enzyme Q10 and Hawthorne Berries. Some people have had very good results
with Strauss Heart Drops; you can Google it.

Blessings to you,

2008-12-20 Thread ransley
They discuss removing biofilm from water systems using chlorine dioxide
(MMS) or ozone. I thought that was interesting, as it could also apply to
the mouth.

Nenah-

Keep in mind that I can't prove a word of this... Long story short: I
started MMS in September '07 for a mild right upper toothache. In very short
order, MMS was burning out a biofilm that stretched from the the top my my
right sinuses and all through my right sinuses, down my right Eustachian
tube and into the top right quadrant of my heart. I had no idea that it was
there. Alas, my infection eventually became resistant to MMS and began to
come back despite my increasing doses of MMS. Eventually I could not handle
the nausea and I do think that overuse of MMS will deplete vitamin c and
other nutrients and cause oxidative damage. I ended up with severe angina
from it. I have since successfully used other protocols, most notably
including lemon juice, iodine and DMSO to kill off this infection and to
reclaim my circulatory system.

My MMS experience is similar to my silver experience and to my experences
with various electro-devices: initial success then failure. I'm not knocking
any of them, they all bought me time while I continued living and learning.
What I have discovered for myself is that all that is said by the followers
of Bechamp appears to be true for me, that I could not get well until I
treated the terrain correctly. For me that meant ions, vitamin C, iodine,
magnesium, salt, various trace elements and minerals and of course good
food. Also had to quit coffee. There's more but Christmas is closing in
fast.

RE: CS11th Hour TV show

2008-12-13 Thread ransley
I saw this too. They did not give a blanket endorsement for colloidal
silver. The storyline was that a government scientist had bio-engineered a
bacteria to kill the gang-rapists of his daughter. He engineered it with a
genetic switch to die when treated with silver. Before his death he gave up
the secret. They injected the innocent victims with CS and it turned off
the bacteria.

Nevertheless it seems that someone in screenwriting/production must have had
an agenda to get the words colloidal silver in front of the public in some
positive manner.

CSRaw milk souring

2008-05-02 Thread ransley
My raw milk always sours before a week is up. I only use about 8 oz a
day in my whey shake.

Wayne and I are tough guys. If my raw milk sours I just drink it too. Sour
raw milk becomes buttermilk and is actually 100% utilized by the body
whereas fresh raw milk is about 85% utilized. Of course when it gets too far
gone even I don't like it.

However, naturally fermented milk (that's what it is) is generally not as
tasty as milk that has been purposely inoculated with a tasty culture. The
farmer I buy raw from makes his own very tasty buttermilk, but if you just
let his milk sour it won't taste that good. Even if you make a buttermilk
culture purposefully and naturally, as I have done, it's not as tasty as a
bought culture.

Not knowing where you are or who/how you get your milk, here's some
advice...

If the farmer only milks once a day the milk will not stay fresh as long. If
the milk doesn't go through a flash cooler it won't stay fresh as long. If
this is an unregulated farm then there's a better chance that the cow has
some infection and the milk won't last as long. Even if it is regulated, the
upper limit for somatic cell count is very liberal and the milk won't last
as long as if the SCC is at the lowest feasible limit (about
200,000-250,000) The raw milk I get is regulated, has an SCC of less than
250,000, is flash cooled, and cows are milked 2-3 times daily. If kept BELOW
40F, it has been known to be fresh tasting for 60 days. The farmer
guarantees 30 days IF the milk is kept BELOW 40F.

Keeping it below 40F is not as simple as it sounds. You cannot guess at it,
you must have a thermometer, and it must be kept in a fridge that is not
opened often. 40.1 F does not cut it.

But guess what- you can FREEZE the milk, or a portion, as soon you get home
with it, and it will keep for months. I would suggest at your low usage to
freeze it in pints or quarts. After thawing, run it in a blender to get the
lumps out of the cream. Hand/stick blenders are better for this. We do it
all the time. The KitchenAid hand blender is excellent for this because the
business end can be put in a dishwasher. Any one-piece stick blender needs
to be soaked in bleachwater or H2O2 after having it in milk.

CSKelp question

2008-04-18 Thread ransley
Best place I know to ask this and I sure hope Brooks Bradley will weigh in.

The problem is the question of arsenic in kelp.

I'm eating Thorvin Laminaria Digitata. It is rated at less than 3ppm
arsenic. The government says foods should contain not over 2 ppm. Thorvin
Laminaria Digitata is supposed to be the best and cleanest kelp in the
world.

I am finding better effects from taking more kelp than I've ever taken
before. I'm taking ususally two heaping teaspoons a day (regular eating-size
teaspoons) My initial reason for doing so was to get more greenery in my
diet, which is a problem for me as I tend not too get enough greenery. I've
tried all kinds of green powders and pills and kelp agrees with me much
better than anything else to date. The surprise was that I got more energy
from it.

I sure don't want to overload on arsenic. It is supposedly 4 times more
poisonous than mercury. However I do realize that the word arsenic covers a
broad range of compounds, some that may pass harmlessly through the body,
and some of which may actually be good for the heart.

I am also aware that eating sulfurous foods and supplements supposedly will
take out arsenic. I take both DMSO and MSM, but not too much of either. I
eat lots of eggs, almost all raw or lightly cooked, so I'm supposedly
getting plenty of cysteine, which also suppposedly takes out arsenic.

So- how does one determine the likelihood of arsenic poisoning in such a
scenario?

RE: CSQUESTION; Treatment for Subclinical Hypothyrodism

2008-04-18 Thread ransley
Sounds like another made up diagnosis to me.

No, it's not, not trying to be argumentative here, but subclinical simply
means it's not really bad enough to require clinical intervention. In other
words, you got it but you're still functioning pretty normally.

One of the first signs of hypothyroidism is waking up cold, no matter the
room temp, nightclothes and bedcovers. I had it bad several years ago.
Waking up cold means waking up in a knotted up state and that compounds any
arthritic problems. From the first time I ever took Laminaria Digitata Kelp,
that never happened to me again.

The wife and I seem to be beating our (self-diagnosed) thyroid problems. We
have not seen doctors for this. We're not going to. They have one of two
cures, animal thyroid powders and synthetic hormones, especially the latter.
We're definitely not doing the latter.

We are beating our problems with Kelp, Magnascent Iodine, many forms of
magnesium, avoiding municipal water and now the latest, we're cutting out
black and green teas because of the fluoride content. We've had a lot of
good things to happen lately.

CSMMS and caution

2007-09-17 Thread ransley
This is a copy of some of a post I sent to two groups yesterday. MMS info is
apparetnly sweeping through every alternative health forum now...

The stuff in question is MMS or Miracle Mineral Supplement which is a
28% solution of Sodium Chlorite, which is activated by interaction with
acetic acid or citric acid, then is ingested and becomes Chlorine Dioxide in
the body. (See Marshall Dudley's explanation.)

This stuff is ENORMOUSLY powerful and unfortunately, can be DANGEROUS by
virtue of the fact that it can strip arterial plaque out so fast that it
doesn't allow any time for healing of those arteries.

How do I know? Because I've done it, and am having heart trouble right now
because of it. This is not a negative post. Before launching into this, do
not do so without getting and reading the second book, where the author does
warn about this very thing. I didn't understand. Now I do.

Before doing this, if you have the slightest notion that you may have any
heart troubles, or even if you're older than 30, build yourself up first
with a full range of L-Ascorbic Acid and natural Vitamin C containing
products like Acerola Powder, and/or at a lot of citrus fruit if you can
handle it, for at least 2 weeks previous to taking MMS.

Also load yourself with potassium and magnesium first.

Once you start MMS, it *may* destroy Vitamin C in your system, so it may be
best to take MMS only once a day, and take the C products on the other 12
hour side. C in the morning, MMS at night.

MMS can induce the most extreme of Herxheimer reactions. I have bought
activated charcoal and have Bentonite Clay on hand to deal with the Herx
when I have my next run at MMS, which won't be for another week at least,
maybe longer.

Now to the specifics of how MMS can cause heart trouble:

The arteries of the heart, the ones that deliver blood from the heart to the
heart, those arteries collapse with every heartbeat. Without enough vitamin
C and collagen*, they weaken at the stress points. The body packs
cholesterol onto these weak places. The cholesterol becomes pathogen
infested and turns into plaque. Chloride Dioxide attacks and strips this
plaque, exposing the weakened arterial wall beneath. Then you have problems.
All of this is in book two, but perhaps not warned about harshly enough.

(*I have just started taking Super Collagen by Neocell, and it also seems
to help my heart.)

In just a very few days, MMS exposed and killed a large infection in my
right sinuses. I knew I had it but I had no idea how truly bad it was until
the MMS went after it.

Don't jump into this with both feet and go splashing around. Don't be stupid
like me, and a few others. MMS is great stuff, but so powerful that you must
use caution with it.

Now, don't anybody get all worried about me. I'm fine. This has been a
learning experience for me and I do believe I'm going to emerge from this
even stronger. I sure am smarter already;)

Daddybob

PS- Somebody is going to come back and say I'll never take that. Well, I
am going to take it again. This is in no way to be construed as anti-MMS.
It's just a caution.

You don't *take* DE for scabies, you apply it externally. You can take food

BTW, my own recommendations for EXTERNAL use of any actual pesticides such
as Sevin (Carbaryl) or Permethrin are to be taken with a huge dose of
caution. I can apply Sevin to my body but a couple of days of it made me
feel woozy. I can't take skin contact with Permethrin, it irritates me and
makes me itch as bad as scabies. Ode suggested an OTC Lindane medication,
and I'd bet Lice Spray and/or Lice shampoo would work, but I can't have any

RE: CSVitamin C Plus Fat Might Spur Cancer

2007-09-08 Thread ransley
Everybody needs to remember that we have been sold a bill of goods about
Vitamin C- namely that Ascorbic Acid is Vitamin C, and that only Ascorbic
Acid is Vitamin C. The medical name and the mainstream definition of Vitamin
C is Ascorbic Acid. In part, we have Linus Pauling to thank for that.

Ascorbic Acid as we get it in supplemental form is not a natural product, it
is synthesized. Some contend that Ascorbic Acid in nature represents about
5% of the total spectrum of vitamin C compounds.

I suspect that this study is rigged one way or another, and given the true
nature of what we've been led to believe- that Ascorbic Acid is all there is
to Vitamin C- this result was probably not hard to predict or get.

Just this week I finally decided to drop my standing order of Ascorbic Acid
powder from the Vitamin C Foundation, whom I regard as a fine outfit. We got
on standing order while treating Lyme, and I probably wouldn't hesitate to
do it again should the need arise.

But I'm ready to go more natural for my vitamin C. I ordered three bottles
of NOW Acerola Powder from Amazon.

Oh and one more thing, Any of you regularly taking ascorbic acid or any
mineral ascorbates (made with ascorbic acid) might want to do some homework
about where your ascorbic acid originated from. A lot is coming from China.
Anybody heard of any problems lately with Chinese stuff?

We learned the hard way in this house that cheap ascorbic acid can make you
very sick.

1:1 clay:charcoal ratio, so 2-4 teaspoons (of ea) in 8oz of pure water...

Adjust according to your own needs/wants, it isn't a big deal...

The only three things to be aware of:

1. the more you add, the thicker the slurry is

2. the more you add, the more chance it has for causing constipation

3. drink in between food/nutritional supplements - won't hurt anything, but
it will ad/absorb a good deal of them, resulting in wasted money and less

If this person has it all over, that's really going to be tough. Common
insectide dusting powders like 5% Sevin Dust will kill them fast but may
cause some reaction. Permethrin Dust will work even faster but may be very
irritating. I would do those only for a very few days, then switch over to
plain DE. Plain DE will get them, just slower.

The treatment must go on until all eggs are hatched. The itch will last for
2-3 weeks because of detritus buried in the skin.

remember when my husband was ill with a nervous breakdown, and they kept on
giving him different anti-depressants. Each one made him feel worse than

Although there may be documentation to probe the Herxheimer reaction, it is

CSAn even easier way to eat raw eggs

2007-09-03 Thread ransley
Just perfected this today. Break egg into cup, tilt it to lips, keep lips
nearly closed. suck the white right off the yolk and quickly swallow it,
leaving only the yolk in the cup. Then you can chew the yolk just a bit
before swallowing it. It is the whites that are slimy and this works to get
them done with quickly. The yolk is slightly bitter but not bad, even sort
of tasty this way.

RE: CSRaw Eggs, Milk, and Sunshine

2007-09-02 Thread ransley
How to eat raw eggs:

First, the eggs need to be from outdoor chickens that haved eaten bugs and
there must be an active rooster in the flock.

Smoothies and such are the easy way. Over agitation reduces the
effectiveness of raw eggs but any way is better than no way.

It is the yolk that is good for you.

Always crack an ungraded egg into a cup first. If the yolk isn't whole but
not smelly, save it for cooking. This does not include a yolk that isn't
whole because you broke it while cracking the egg, and it's easy to tell the
difference.

2nd easiest way: separate yolk from white by encircling the yolk with a
spoon and dragging it over the lip of the cup into another cup; now scramble
it a bit with a fork and drink it down; chase with whatever you like, even
bourbon. Hey, bourbon goes great with raw eggs; what do you think eggnog is?
But raw milk is better. Raw milk, raw eggs and good bourbon are great at
night. Leave off the nutmeg, it's not good for anything. If you need
sweet/spicy, use vanilla, cinnamon, honey or agave nectar. Also a great time
to mix in whey and colostrum. Maybe drop the bourbon for that.

3rd easiest way: same as above but just suck the whole yolk down but allow
it to break up on your front teeth for easier swallowing.

4th easiest way: whole egg, suck it downs and break the yolk on your teeth.

Hard way: several at once, tip your head back and swallow hard and fast.

Whatever way you do it, you will notice a kind of strength that you do not
get from any other food, and your sinuses will dry up.

The best form of iodine that I have found, thanks to 'ransley' (thank you

By the time I was 45 (53 now) my gums were receding. I was using K-nitrate
toothpastes when I was in my late 30's. Dentist checked me every six months
for receding gums and I got to 4 on scale of 10 in many places. It all
stopped the day I started rinsing with CS over 7 years ago and he no longer
checks me for receding gums.

I use NO commercial dentifrices. Lately, I'm experimenting with brushing my
teeth with nothing but Hydrogen Peroxide, but only long enough to get them
clean, not brushing hard, always the correct stroke direction, and rinse
well. Once a week I add Diatomaceous Earth to the protocol for a thorough
cleaning. I floss religiously at least 2 times a day and keep Brushpicks
with me every where I go.

NONE of this info came from my dentist. He can barely keep from rolling his
eyes if I tell him what I'm doing. He has never admitted that what I'm doing
is working, but he knows better than to mention flouride to me. If you want
good dental health never use a commercial dentifrice again.

I do use JJ Reach flosses, both rope and tape. Both have Cleanpaste on
them and I despise that but I can't find another floss that works for me. If
anyone knows of a rope floss with nothing on it, and a non-teflon tape floss
with nothing on it, I sure would like to know.

CSNeed help for my wife

2007-08-22 Thread ransley
A situation has arisen. Wife has a vaginal infection. Feels to her to be
identical to last one a few years ago that was identified as E. Coli. She
says it's not yeast, not Urinary Tract, and not kidney.

What we've done: I mixed Colloidal Silver, made it into Goldenseal tea,
added MSM, DMSO and iodine, (this is the same basic solution that finally
nixed my very aggravating hot-weather-only eye infection) and she used it as
a douche, four times a day for 2-3 days now.

She has drank a lot of 50/50 CS and Gatorade and a lot of pure cranberry
juice.

The infection has neither worsened nor got better.

We can't let an e.coli infection go for long. If something doesn't work
fast, it will have to be back to the doctor for antibiotics, which will of
course destroy her gut culture that we have worked on.

Good news- this has finally gotten her to agree to take cayenne and learn to
drink kefir. Resistance is Futile!

She took her first 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne in water this morning, and didn't
have a bad reaction to it. I'm making fresh kefir now.

CSWhat can I do with an over-large aloe vera plant?

Eat it. Fillet the skin off the leaves, but do that over newspaper because
the liquid that is between the skin and the inner gel will stain everything
it touches. Rinse that gooey liquid off of the clear inner gel, then eat the
gel or put it in a smoothie. If you don't rinse that liquid off, you will
have a massive bathroom visit very quickly. Other than that, the gel is
exceedingly good for you.

And once again, don't let that liquid touch anything you want to keep. First
it turns bright yellow, then grey. It will stain a cutting board and take
many months to come out.

Bob, I use magnesium glycinate and was wondering if you think the chloride

Zeb- I'm not qualified to answer that except to give you feedback on my own
experience with three forms of magnesium.

Magnesium chloride is a salt, as such I suspect it is antiparasitic much
like sodium chloride. Maybe I need to pour some on a slug and see what
happens. After many bouts of killing off my own problems, first with CS,
then with Beck Blood Electrification, I finally- long story missing here-
experimented with salt and found out I had parasites. I can no longer accept
any substance as being ultimately curative without going after parasites.

I take M.Cl. as Mitoku Bitterns, a naturally harvested form of nigari from
seawater. I grind the flakes in a coffee grinder then take the powder with a
spoon. i also take somme mag citrate and some mag taurate. These are the
only forms I've taken to date.

Here's what they do for me

Mag Chloride: no laxative effect, much better absorption into the body, very
highly calming and relaxing, take too much I wouldn't give a hoot about
anything. Not very good though for relaxing the stomach or interceding in
heartburn, can even be a bit rough on the stomach. Tastes horrible and burns
on the tongue.

Mag citrate: good for heartburn, sleeping and as a laxative. Calming, but
not nearly as much as Mag chloride. Tastes neutral.

Mag taurate: not good for sleep at all, better to take in the day, not badly
calming but good for heartburn and energy. Tastes bitter but not awful.

Because CS never fazed it. As I said, NOTHING would touch it except

does not cure everything. As for the iodine, what I forgot to say was that I

CSHow to cure an eye infection

2007-08-11 Thread ransley
First thing- I now suspect that you could stop just about any eye infection
with a drop or two of Magnascent iodine into 2 ounces or so of saline
solution or plain distilled water.

Now here's the whole story, and some of you have heard it before, but this
time I think I've really killed off this infection that only comes out in
HOT weather. It was over 100 everyday most of this week in the eastern
Carolinas, and the humidity was very abnormally high. I did not have the
slightest flare-up of this infection after treating it very aggressively
about 3-4 weeks ago.

In the summer of 2003, I loaned my cellphone to an employee who had a very
bad eye infection, and I caught it. It only manifested in the summer when
daytime temps to or above 95F. It was only in my left eye. It made me want
to pull out my eyeball and stomp on it. It ITCHED, OMG how it ITCHED. This
was by far the worst eye infection I've ever had, mitigated only by the fact
that it did not bother me if the weather stayed under 95F, so it usually did
not bother me for 10 months out of the year.

After the first summer, I learned to keep it under control with Goldenseal
Tea made with Colloidal Silver, that was the only thing that worked. The
problem is that Goldenseal Tea rapidly succumbs to mold and must be disposed
and re-made every 3 days.

Last summer after a thunderstorm that knocked out our power, I didn't have
anything better to do in the dark so I laid a spiral wound copper tubing
coil over my eye and started napping until the power came back on. I had
taken my contacts out. After about 15 minutes that coil ZAPPED me! It scared
the !#% out of me and I jumped up and threw it down. My eye stopped
itching. In the next three days or so, I realized the infection was gone. At
any rate, I learned a lot about etheric energy.

Then I very stupidly put back into my eyes the old set of contacts and gave
myself the infection all over again!

This year when it came back on me I was really outdone. That event with the
spiral coil was probably a once in a lifetime thing because it was probably
powered by ions in the air after the thunderstorm.

So I made my Goldenseal Tea again with Colloidal Silver and this time some
MSM to make it more soothing. Then I added a couple of drops of Magnascent
to see if that would stop the mold growth. I never thought about what the
Magnascent might do for my eye. I stopped wearing my contacts, threw that
set away, and started aggressively treating my eye again. Within four days I
could tell it was gone although there was some residual irritation.

That was over three weeks ago. I broke out a new a set of contacts after a
week wearing glasses. The mess is GONE and the mixture I made never grew any
mold.

Daddybob, still hot but not itching.

Bob, I use magnesium glycinate and was wondering if you think the chloride
form is superior and why? I am referring here to the use of mag for lyme and
just for regular use. The citrate forms of minerals seem to make me very
sick.
