I have few queries in OOTB ITBM product features.
I have gone through ITBM architecture documents, user guides and configuration
guides.
But, I could not find answers to all my questions.
Can you please let me know if following features are available till ITBM 8.0

Is anything going on with ARUtilities? I went through the process of purchasing
the license for the 7.6 version, got my online receipt and then nothing. Did
not get the license key in the receipts and support has not responded to any of

select "Document Objects".
Select server Name and press Next
At the "Select Objects" Dialog, add the form you want to document and press
Next.
On the output details dialog, Select Document fields, and Summary.
For other options, select Regular.
Save as HTML
Press Fin

My guess would be that it is refreshing the Overview Console. If you have
lots (like 100,000+) being returned, this constantly refreshing table will
bog your system down. You might look at reducing table sizes, modifying
the query, adjusting indexes, or all three.

I neglected to mention that this is for custom forms only, nothing OOTB. The
Sub Admin user can't see the Delete button on the mid-tier but it can see
the Actions > Delete option in the user tool.

Can the sub admin delete from the user tool? If so this could be a bug at

the MT cache as well as the browser cache for the affected sub admin user.)
Your best bet in the interim would be to create a button with access

Thanks Joe, the user can delete from the WUT so it appears to be an MT
problem only. I have it ingrained in me now to flush the MT cache and then
clear the local browser cache before testing changes so it looks like it may
in fact be a bug. I did open a case with support for this and mentioned that

cache and such has been tried and didn't work?

It does definitely sound like a bug to me - or at least as what they may
classify as "working as designed" :-)

That's what I thought. I have been doing a variation of that when I saw
sporadic problem like that.. the funda behind that 'fix' is you change the
display property of the affected part - for eg if the edit box doesn't
appear right change the hide show attribute of it, or if the menu does not
