they can't complain or even that they were satisfied with the

Considering that anyone who develops this property has to go through
TRC, Planning Board, Council, CAFRA and get bounced around between
them, I disagree that anyone could have gotten this done any faster.
I do still disagee with you about Fishman being a developer. A guy
like Rich DePetro

some other agreement was reached whereby he could stay m-m
until Fishman kicks him out.
George had the `deal' with the city for roughly 40 years. 2 possibly 2
½ years ago The Fishman bought George's liquor license and business
for $250,000. George still runs the business on a mm basis,
George is a trooper. He belongs there. Someone should fix the building -
like the current owner.
The 40 year deal is questionable - other then there were some
unwritten rules about bidding. Like don't. When the legal notices were
placed in the paper were also a game - so they say. The status

You are confusing what a Developer's lawyer does with what a Developer does. A developer makes a set of complicated business decisions about development. Those decisions include scheduling.
