Worked out of the box.
Has panel, widgets, apparently all I need.
For transparency (pseudo), I had installed already feh.
Very good, if no problems appears, it will be kept as default.

I needed to upgrade midori, it was showing some instability.
So I did upgrade the system to the following:

glib-2.34.1
libsoup-2.40.1
webkitgtk-1.10.1
midori-0.4.7
Unfortunately, no icons are displayed in the status bar, as previous 0.4.6
