You can usually only get a clearance either through military service, or
being offered a job with a company that needs it. They pay to have DSS do
your background investigation.
Things that will keep you from getting a clearance:
Extreme drug use
Felony Convictions
Tax or debit problems.

Hey kids,
Well I totally forgot that we had a user group meeting today. Didn't set up
a speaker or write a presentation. most likely I will just call it off
since we have been so busy. Just wondering though, does anyone have a very
basic, beginner, CF or SQL presentation they would let me give,
Both illegal. One that at least an attempt at prosecution was made.
