Interesting. Not only was Harken never in ch7 or ch 11, it appears
Bush saved the debt-ridden company by getting Harvard to lend them
money. In they end everyone did quite well.

seen the story yet but if it's AP or UPI was it? I am sure the news conference
was held. The timeline for withdrawal actually sounds a lot like the one
