If you put it in /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/Apache/SME_indexer.pm perl
should find it just fine. You should check that the module is code
compatible with 5.6.0 and 5.6.1 before you do.

The installer in 5.6beta7 didn't support network installs (we had to
install from ISO images) - it was something we lost during the conversion
to the RH7.3 installer. However it should work (once again, remember,
unsupported) in the final image when that's available.

allow you to select ISO image files (though that doesn't explain not
booting from physical CDROM).
Alternatively, do you perhaps have a bad ISO image/CDROM - have you
confirmed the MD5SUM?

Yes, we generalised the backup/restore events in 5.6 - the previous
ones were MySQL specific and you might want to do a lot more than
MySQL before/after a backup or restore.
