With Dudley's help I think (and this is an IMHO) I figured out what happened and am posting this as a heads up. I think my Flex-1500 is damaged. I think my (first) install of 2.0.16 wasn't properly switching TX filter banks and I took out the 20m/30m filter board when attempting to TX on a diff

SDR 1.18.3, Vista, latest drivers and firmware. Flex 3000. Radio was working fine, then tonight I was getting "Failed to load resources at setup" every 5 min. Saw this in the past, it is a .NET error, but no idea where it comes from. Anyway, I rebooted the SDR and now I get FWD PWR = 0.
