I believe, you can't. The iBook don't have a DVD Decoding card, so if you add a DVD Drive, it will NOT play the movies (for DVD Playback without DVD Decoders, you need a G3 500mhz or faster). Also, the Fastest Clamshell iBook was the 466mhz (the Grey one), but it has a DVD Drive so you should repla

For example, if you make a snapshot when running a movie, you can choose that on Appearence as a Desktop picture. You will have a movie running as a Desktop Picture (it works on Lombard and Wallstreet at least). If you put away the DVD, the Desktop picture will become a brown box. Really Strange. A

Only the Lombard and Wallstreet PowerBooks have DVD Decoding Hardware (and a few PowerMac G3). The Pismo G3 and the PowerBook G4 have Software Decoding. Anyway, the ATI cards use other kind of video so you can't take a picture of a movie when running DVD Player. VLC works different so you can take
