I know for CSS they hold the spray material that players use in game.

I've found the easiest way to do zip all files in BZIP2 format .. is like
Rick said ... Put the Bzip2 executable program in your path somewhere
(C:\windows). Then, put all the map files under one folder set (like
fy_iceworld_adv) which might include fy_iceworld_adv.bsp and
or not, but it didn't work for me with textures.

fine. Sometimes I have noticed files downloading everytime as if not on the
client when they are, and also files not downloading one time but the next

The Biggest Problem I have with these is that it will download the same file

That map has a bad wadfile reference and some other compile problems
that are causing a svc_bad message, but the basic thing you're missing is
that the remote path has be a standard valve directory structure to
work properly,
IE:
valve\maps
time. Sounds like fun.

Actually, it was in server.cfg, not sure how it got in autoexec.cfg. So, I
took it out of autoexec.cfg and restarted server. It still doesn't work.
