Steam/1.6. In the Steam server browser, my servers ping shows up
anywhere from 300-600ms. But if you add the server to favorites, or join
the server, the actual pings are around 60-80. I think this is why my

Well after nearly two days to dismal failure Im now downloading
steam cached install from fileshack which is maxing out my line
at 250Kb/s instead of the 400b/s / constant disconnects that
is steam.
Conclusion for those of you that havent managed to get it via

Ok...I was finally able to update my server and now when I try to connect
from a workstation to my server, I fire up Steam and I get Checking for
Steam updates... and then Fatal Error: Failed to connect to any... As of
now, I have no way of testing my server! Anyone have the same problem?
