a fair bit of IO its not uncommon to see deleting index entry's notices.

There are no MX records for the domain. When the MX record fails in imail
they will often do a lookup for the "A" record and try to deliver it there.
I would suggest that you add the MX records for mail.ucjewelry.com if they

I think where John is leading you is that if the
users who are sending outbound mail through your server are using port 587 than
you do not need to allow relaying since that is
inherently allowed via smtp auth.
While SMTP Auth is the best solution for most if
not all situations like this.

I can't speak for Dell's offhand since I never had this issue with any of
them. However, on an IBM box we had this issue and the raid container setup
was also stored on the drives. IBM was able to walk us through extracting
the config from the drives back to the controller and all was well.
I have used Legato's Replistor and it has worked very good. I tested the
automatic failover and it worked very good. However, in production I use it
to replicate in realtime with a manual failover.
