I'm using etherboot along with ltsp to make a diskless X workstation. The problem is that the DHCP server and the TFTP server are two separate machines. The booting machine gets the kernel image (2.2.18 from the ltsp website) from the TFTP server fine, but it seems to autoconfigure itself to use

All, have upgraded from 2.08 to 2.09pre4 and have one slight problem Workstation boots ok all looks good except I am getting vertical bars instead of fonts on menu items, terminals sessions etc.. It is like a system font is missing. Server is all ok. i used the lts_x_core and lts_x_fonts for 2.

Hugo, I do not run KDE because of the amount of memory it requires for each session and also I cannot lock down the desktop (don't know how at the moment). Instead I use IceWM -- very light weight resource wise, and is compatable with gtk (gnome) applications and many qt (KDE) applications.
