You have to command-tab to FaceTime and then press the Accept button. A FaceTime window will open when you receive a phone call. For the notification center, use the VO-m command twice to get to the Status menu and navigate to Notifications. You can then press, VO-space to activate it.

With the Dashboard, you have to use the Window Chooser menu to select other open widgets. You'll have to use the Widget menu to open any new widgets. Once you have a widget open, you have to treat it like a webpage. It is HTML content, so interacting is necessary. Take Care John D.
