remember seeing somewhere that Memorex weren't that great, but it might have
been Maxell ones (plastic shutters). I haven't seen anything about Verbs
though, whats the verdict?

than that. They started stocking the new Memorex Color discs at

Yeah... personally, I find them cheaply made, over priced, and the shutters
are quite fragile.
I'm a big fan of the Sony color collection... they're quite durable, and they
look cool (especially the Onyx ones).

at Circuit City. They are made in Taiwan, and come in 4 plastic boxes
of 5 (actually capable of holding 6) MD's. They are colored and don't

OK, this is totally unscientific, but I've had the odd problem where I
can record on my Sony 520 deck, and it plays back perfectly on my Sharp
722, but doesn't play back on the 520 (where it was originally recorded)
without skips and glitches. This has happened at least twice, and only
on memore
