I saw this and replied and I thought. You can send a new registration

You should worry but generally this has not been a problem. The very
rare instances were quickly discovered and fixed.

The upload returned HTTP 200, and I also received an indexing
acknowledgement in git.
The filename we both uploaded was local-lib-1.008009.tar.gz.

coursera.org to download materials and track news.
I'd like to name it : WWW::Coursera.
That sounds pretty good. That's where many other people put similar
modules.
