Seems to me the descendants of Tyrone Power have too much money and found an attorney willing to take it away from them.   For one, original movie posters have been fully licensed, so if they had any angle at all (and I’m not sure if they do) this would only apply to reprints with his image.

John,   I don‘t know about the regulations in Australia, but within the EU, sellers are not obligated to collect the eligible VAT in the recipient‘s country.   Fortunately, this regulation DOES NOT apply to the sale of used goods. You may want to check your own regulations for a similar rule.
