I'm using GAIM 0.9.10 on my work machine.. It works fine for me. I had problems with previous versions locking up while trying to connect, but thats because my work machine was behind a firewall and versions of GAIM prior to 0.9.9 did not work well with a proxy or firewall. Are you running one
