devo masterizzare il secondo CD della Mandrake 8 (visto che l'ho scaricato da

e il GTOASTER mi masterizza le ISO come se fossero dei file normalissimi.

non e vero... il g toaster puo gestire le iso.. tu la sdevi aggiungere nella
lista delle trcce non in quella dei file.

I tried dragging the mysql.server file into the rc3.d directory and making
a link to it but it didn't autostart on the reboot. I also tried rc5.d to

You need to run the Login Manager (in KDE it's under the control center, I'm
not sure where it is in Gnome). Select the Sessions tab and at the lower
part of the window, type KDE for the new type and click the Add new button.
KDE must be in all caps. Save the settings and log out and see if
exactly. Somehow after many many tries I got these steps (IN THAT ORDER) and
finally got it to work. I do not mind booting into the console first. Rather
I prefer that.
BUT the problem with me still remains that once I get into X there is no way
I can get back into the text only mode. I mean, if

drivers are the quintessence of evil and I'll have to put a wreath of garlic
