Unless you've turned off all warnings, the Roxio software actually does tell
you the CD you're about to burn can't be read with all systems.

Last Saturday , I backup some my file to CD-RW using Adaptec CD-Direct
software. Using my notebook, I can see all the files in CD.
Then I Install RHL 8.0 in my notebook, OK. But when I try to restore my
files, I can't access it. There a failure icon on gnome desktop, something
about header or else.
Why are you even using SquirrelMail? Try IMP, that should work alot better for
you but it does require a bit more tweaking than SquirrelMail, but is worth the
extra effort. Just my 0.02 cents.

Not sure what you mean by "connected".
DHCP IP address offers are normally logged in /var/log/messages.
There is no other "connection" as such.
Samba has very flexible logging. On my system each machine

easy way is to use the type 4 driver (comes with Oracle, and is named

Yes I know of the useradd command but this one will do a quite different
job.
I can't seem to get the cut command to work within the script. Of course
there will be plenty of others commands
to be added once I get this sussed

Every time Ximian Evolution requests the E-mail password I check the box
to remember it -- and it fails to do so.
