Hi Alvin, It sounds to me like your meter is working fine. Most commercial bottled distilled has tested very close to 1.0 PPM. An exception is some batches of Arrowhead Brand, which has been 0.0. Or, you are off the bottom of your meters range and it is telling you. What does the manual say
